Bad Packaging Experience

When it was replaced with the right item, the replacement item didn't come with the right earpieces. The product itself was great sound quality, but ai couldn't get the full experiance with the right earpieces (which, again, I didn't have). After several trips to the local Best Buy, I eventually gave up and just returned the item.

The only bad part was that the sound doesnt come out of the right earbud and the right war bud doesnt process the fit to ear function at all.
