The product came with everything included in the package and looked like brand new.

These work well and not a single problem even though they are refurbished.

I just came from a pick up open box earbud 2 pro . Very disappointed whit the oder first thing first bought two earbud and when get to the store only one was ready the they later but in my email said it was ready that's not the only thing bestbuy lie to the customer whit open box geek squad they don't check anything liked they advertise earbud bud was missing the rubber tip ihave to return the first one and i have to wait for the se one hopefully they complete very bad for customer hopefully when i come back for the other earbud they complete very disappointed waste of time

Bought refurbished and works perfectly with no problems

I haven't had a chance to use these very often, but they cut out every couple of minutes randomly. On YouTube they lag at the start of a video and cut out whenever an Ad finishes playing. They sound great, but the instability is unforgivable.

Bought this in the hopes of just being able to go about to using if, much to my surprise they didnt come with the ear nubs with order. This will be great if you wanna buy the ear nubs separately. Should really be advertised that this doesnt come with ear nub inserts.

I like them but they dont stay in my ear which sucks

The left ear bud never worked correctly, the volume from that bud was practically non-existant. There was a nearly constant tinny sound from both buds.

The refurbished airbuds is not charging well on the left side. Sometimes the right side isn't playing as well.

Scratched up and did not bring the rubber ear pieces. Still had the other persons name when I linked them.

Do not buy anything refurbished from Best Buy. If theres an issue you have to identify and address it within 2 weeks or youre s-out of luck with your now well working product. They shouldnt even sell refurbished items.

The sound is not really good..not recommended to buy.

I was not informed refurbished items dont get totaltech benefits. Only 90 day warranty and 14 day return. Not disclosed anywhere. Only when i called because not on receipt. Very dissapointed in best buy. Tried

The refurbished headphones did not come with required tips.

Very bad background noise cancelation. When you are in a call it sounds like if you are far away from the microphone. Terrible. The return period is short. I was unable to return them after 3 weeks from purchase.
