Watch came in before the expected delivery date, that was a good surprise. I purchased a refurbished watch that according to the description was supposed to have all the essential components of a new watch. The watch arrived in the original box but without one of the original black bands. I talked to the store and it was a waste of time, then Best Buy customer service over the phone (multiple times) and still no gift card or band. Unfortunately, I do not recommend their refurbished items.

I got the refurbished watch to save some money All its been is a headache the charge that was sent to me was not working at all so I went on Amazon and ordered a new charger and when it got charged it would only charge to 50% I'm not sure it's been refurbished so I bought another one to replace it and it's arriving today thank the good Lord above so be conscious with some refurbished items especially if buying them online

I bought this for my wife for mother's day. The watch came a day after expected delivery but she was happy to get it. Then she called me and told me it wont charge. I have a Samsung Galaxy watch so i put it on my charger and it won't charge beyond 35% so now I have to go deal with things at the store when that's exactly what I was trying to avoid.

Watch was in good condition, but the charger that came with it didn't work. I had to buy an universal charger.

This is Refurbished watch. I think they're change the battery before they are selling to the Store but they don't change the battery. The reason I give One start because the battery life is only one day.

Quit working within 7 months and you don't get any help unless you purchase the plan obviously so beware!

I was very excited to find this in stock at my local store, however it was in a case, and the sales person wouldn't even let me check out the display watch. I had read reviews and thought I was informed enough to take the plunge. My first impression was a good one. The band is very comfortable, and the watch large enough to see without glasses. What I immediately didn't like is the display. It is very hard to read when it is in the white area. I pulled out my manual and discovered I could download different faces, much easier to read. I connected this to a few accounts, and was buzzing with alarms in no time. Only one problem, if you don't respond it will quit notifying you. Big problem when I am busy. Battery only lasts 2 days max, quite shorter than what the listing said. There is absolutely no warning before it dies. I also had it black out & had to do a hard reset, luckily that did the trick. Over all it is a great starter smart watch, if you have Samsung products they can be connected. I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn't for the hard reset being needed within the first 2 months. At first I thought it was dead for good, which was alarming.

I liked the fit and function of the watch. Charged it up and it would not last 8 hours. I returned and purchased another smartwatch.

I didn’t like this watch at all. I ended up returning it and paying more for an Apple Watch. The Apple Watch is great.

I bought this watch for my wife who is a nurse at a local hospital. Since she can't carry her phone around, she needed something that she can use that would not be on the way. Lots of Nurses have these types of watches so they recommended her to buy one. After just one day of use on the job, all she did was complain about how horrible the watch was and how little it did that she wanted to do. Don't waste your money on this watch. Pay a little more and get yourself areal watch.

Bought watch late Nov and Feb 24th warch quits working

Purchased this watch (refurbished) for a great price, and waited a week for it to arrive. Unfortunately it was dead on arrival and would not charge so I returned it. I expect the "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" team would check these things before putting these items up for sale!

The watch it wont charges up. The watch and charger came in the bag.

Bought this watch refurbished as Christmas gift. The person I got it for has had nothing but problems with it. The return period was only until mid January. Refurbished items should have more of a warranty. Don't waste your money.

The watch was definitely not refurbished and it was also missing a charger. And still had previous persons tape on box from where they returned the item.
