Never buy refurbished

Not everything works on it . I went personaly to the best buy near me and attitude from store clerks and geek squad changed when i told them it was a refurb. And the imediatly hand it back to me and said nothing we can do just send it back.. they wouldnt even look at it

The one that I received was dirty with rust and it was missing the bands. I returned it immediately.

Ok, but no charging dock?

I understand we got it used, but there was no disclosure that there wasn't going to be a charging dock.

Very disappointing best buy.

Charged it up and started running updates. Works just fine EXCEPT it will not receive text messages. It doesn't even have a message app on the phone! This one is going to the Geek Squad and if they cannot fix that problem IT WILL BE RETURNED! I'm wondering, as it is refurbished and supposedly checked out, how it left the company like that to go to a customer.
