My old Samsung watch stopped working after 5 years. I didn't want to pay another $350+ on a new watch, so I took a chance on this refurbished one. So far so good. Arrived with no significant wear. I had to reset some features and apps like changing the "bike app" to a "run app" on the main screen. I did notice the battery only lasted a little over a day. I am use to charging once a day. For half the price of a new Samsung watch it was a good deal.

so the review is for the watch itself. it has a very good battery life. However, I end up return it because it had a green/bluish tint to the watch for whatever reason. The LCD was also fuzzy at times compared to my galaxy watch5 classic. not sure why i got a bad refurnished unit so I ended up returning it. Will try to order another one and see if I have better luck

Was a bit concerned with it being refurbished but so far, the watch has worked great. The battery life is amazing...last two whole days.

This was a great buy. The watch looks new and the battery lasts 4 days. I replaced my previous watch due to the battery life lasting less than a day. I am very happy with this purchase.

Hubby wanted one forever and I just didn’t want to spend the money since he had a Garmin smart watch already. I saw the refurb ine and had to jump on it. It’s very nice. Great customization and features.

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR A SMART WATCH , INSTEAD OF PAYING OVER $300 , THIS WAS A STEAL. NO ISSUES WHATSOVER , WORKS LIKE A CHAMP AND HAS ALL THE FEATURES I WAS LOOKING FOR, ESPECIALLY THE ROUND STYLE LIKE A REGUALR WATCH, THAT DID IT FOR ME SINCE I HAVE TRIED OTHERS THAT A SQUARE AND JUST COULDN'T GET USED TO THAT.. WELL DONE!

My "certified" refurbished watch arrived with malfunctioning light and magnetic sensors. The certification doesn't seem to mean anything - they can't fix the broken sensors, and can't exchange for a working watch. They will take it back as a return, but since this item is now sold out, I can't get a fully functional Watch5 Pro without paying several hundred dollars more (for open box, which is not even "certified"). So, caveat emptor, I guess. It's a fantastic watch, but I was hoping that all of the sensors would be working, and that didn't happen. Can't fault customer service in the store, just bear in mind that there are limited options for a certified refurbished item if it cannot be repaired in the stores. Perhaps that is why these watches were so cheap! But advertising them as "certified refurbushed" is basically fraudulent; they should be advertised "as-is, but we'll let you return it if you purchased it recently".

The watch works great so far, so good purchase Let's see how long it's going to last , hopefully a long time

Nice watch I like how all Samsung products pairs easily with each other I also have the Samsung Phone. Plenty of support out there, watch covers, bands and apps. Battery life is excellent.

I received my watched looking new and working excellent. I’m still wearing it today June 2026 it’s going on two years.

I use this at work. Easy pairing with my phone. Assortment of watch faces and feels great on my wrist. No problems with any of the available features. Highly recommend.
