Didn't realize until I tried to set it up that it wouldn't sync with my software. As always, easy to return.

Great item, it combines a watch, fitness monitor, can notify you of text messages and has the capability of getting wet.

Pass on this if you do not own a Samsung Phone I do own a android phone but would not work took back to Best Buy And asked to set up through Geek Squad service they were unable to do it. They had a Samsung rep there that day and told us will work only with Samsung type devices it was returned that day

I like gear fit, but I have to say I like the S better. I returned this item and purchased the S watch.

This watch was for my girlfriend. I have had one for a few years and love mine. She loves hers too.

Good product works best with samung's cell phones. Also not bad looking either.

I returned this after getting it. It was just too big and bulky for my taste. I cannot comment on anything else about it because after trying it on and seeing how big it was I decided to just return it. I will say that the return was a simple process with Best Buy.

This was my first foray into the Smartwatch world. I liked it, so I moved on up to Asus and LG watches. I like the ability to respond to texts and emails, but wanted the voice activated function, so my daughter now wears this and likes it. She wanted it to count her steps.

Had to send in to Samsung after it quit working. My wife has one it works great

Samsung comes through again! I love my Gear watch but it's too bulky to run with. This is the perfect complement to it. Most of the same functions in a smaller form. Not quite sure the heart rate monitor is accurate but it gets you in the ballpark.

Item malfunctioning already, Intermittent problem with bluetooth pairing and disconnecting with android phone. Geek squad no help. The Samsung shop in the store couldn't help but gave info to take item to a service center here in the city. Pedometer lacking accuracy but it works.

I would recommend this to a friend i like it .....

its a good device, but newer version is lot better.

I'm not sure if it was because of Refurbished bracelet or not but I was told It would not keep track of steps properly. I purchase this as a birthday gift for mother & both we're advise by another geek squad dept. (Different State) to return item.
