This was to bulky to want to wear considering there are much slender options out there.

I could not get it to sync with my phone, tried about 4 times and finally took it back.

Even though it is refurbished the quality is good one

I like fact that it lets you receive text messages.

I've used them all... Samsung's is by far my favorite!

I love the look of this. Very easy to read, very user friendly. The step count is way off. I walked maybe 30-40 steps and it said i walked over 300. It seems to count every time you move your arm as a step.

the the Gear Fit refurbished and it worked great for 40 days. then we got the "Reboot Loop" and it was never the same. battery was draining fast and the touch started to fail. i just returned it and got the BN Gear Fit 2.

Never again will buy refurbished products as it only lasted like a month and a half. At first ot would not properly charge and then would turn off and on until it didn't start anymore.

I bought this smartwatch because I needed one with a heart rate monitor and at the time, Fitbit didn't have one. I will say I'm very satisfied with the watch. It does all the same fitness calculations the Fitbit Flex can do but more. With other features like call, text, email, and app controls it certainly feels like an upgrade from the FitBit. Only thing to be aware of is the battery life. With minimal usage, I get 3 maybe 4 days before I need to charge it up again. However, charging doesn't take long. And although it's Geek Squad Refurbished, it came like new. No complaints with Samsung or Geek Squad. The smart watch is good for beginners of the wearables.

I will never buy another refurbished product again. Bad experience. I returned this item and upgraded to the Samsung Gear2.

I was very excited to get this and it WAS NOT a real referbishment!

It sucked, I felt it looked cheap sent it back the same day.

I bought this for my dad who is 60+ and has taken up fitness off late. The screen is nice and big and hence visibility is of no issue. The screen shows no lag whatsoever and is fluid in operation. Syncs easily with his Samsung Galaxy S3 ( the phone was rooted and devoid of bloatware, hence had to install Samsung apps and then the gear manager). The heartbeat sensor is accurate most of the times, but takes upto 60 seconds to give a readout. Overall is a great device tracking fitness, better that the small screen fitbits. This is howver not a smartwatch replacement, as that is not its primary feature. It can show emails and texts and standard responses are inbuilt.

Purchased this to track sleep and steps. Every time I moved my arms it increased the steps walked. Found it to be not accurate at all not even close to the actual steps walked. I have several Samsung products and was really disappointed with this one. Returned it.

Offers great info and notifications. Note this only works with select samsung devices, so I hope people are reading that info. Otherwise easy to sync and use.
