First off, I love the watch, bought my wife one for her Bday least year and she loves it. First one we got so after I checked it out I wanted one but didn't want to pay $150 for it. Found them cheaper for the refurbish model and bought one. First one I received had some physical ware but nothing major, had all the parts and the screen worked. After charging and pairing to phone I found the heart rate monitor would not work. Figured I would mess with it later to see if it was me doing something wrong or the watch. After wearing it for a few hours I started to notice an odd smell, it was the watch. Called Best buy online, told them my issues and they said they would send a new one which they did. After inspecting the first watch closer and removing the band, I found this... crusty, funky, gunk all around the band and in the watch area that they band attaches too. I used alcohol pads and cleaned it all out and found a crusty later of gunk on the sensor for the heart rate monitor. After cleaning all this off the everything seem to work. I received my replacement that looked practically new and returned the first watch with the shipping label Best buy gave me. New watch works perfectly. Very happy with the item, but be sure to inspect and clean anything you buy that is a refurbished model.

I ordered this product used, the first one shipped did not have a charger, but the second one i recieved two days later worked perfectly with my lower tier phone (Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime), nothing didnt work ant it is amazing.

I purchased with the Note 4. It was a bit gimmicky with the sleep features, heart rate monitor, etc. The app store was limited, and with my Note 4 I had almost all the same apps with Samsung Health. I returned it, but I would say it was nice to see who was texting or calling and being able to just look down at my wrist. Just not worth $100

Great resolution but it's not standalone product, cannot use without Samsung device.

The watch is fine for running and tracking walking. Doesn't compare to the new smart watches is other features though.

The HR is nice and it syncs to my phone well, but I wish it was more intuitive with sleep, exercising, etc without me having to turn it on. I would forget all the time.

I received an open box excellent condition one and it was not good. It would cut off allot.

I say it's only okay because the main feature, the HR sensor, is not accurate at all. Other than that, the features are great.

I purchased the Gear fit refurbished, I am very pleased with it!! Not only did I save $ I now have something that will help me achieve my fitness goals. I plan on purchasing another for my husband.

I purchased a refurbished gear fit. My two issues with the tracker are 1) the battery life is One or Two days. I now charge it daily. 2) the sleep setting is nothing more than a stop watch. You have to set it at bedtime and shut it off in the morning (even the subpar Jawbone did not require setting sleep manually).

Bought one for my wife about a year ago. Was a disaster. Took it back to BestBuy and the Samsung people in there a couple of times. They fiddled with it and gave a little advice. Finally after we couldn't refund it they told us that it had to be a certain model Samsung phone that it would work with. Thanks guys and galls, you did a great job playing us along until it was too late for us. Well someone else told us about an after market app with which it would work somewhat with any android device. So my wife got by with it until if just flat quit, died, broke, wouldn't charge, light up, nothing. It wasn't a year old. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. Soured me on the integrity of both BestBuy and Samsung.

This watch worked extremely well until last weekend. It just stopped working - so I charged it and when it did boot, it got stuck in a reboot cycle which kills the battery pretty quickly. I contacted Best Buy and they offered no help. I bought the watch from BestBuy as a refurbished unit online - and the website did not offer a replacement plan. So now the watch is barely 6 months old and it's a total loss. BestBuy needs to improve their customer warranty policies or I will stop shopping with them. This sucks.

I was apprehensive at first, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive a fulyl operational, like new watch. It came with a 90 day Geek Squad warranty, too. I'm no technology genius, but this watch is easy to set and to navigate. As for shipping, the watch arrived 3 days before it was set to be delivered and came with a tracking number. Yay!

I was able to hook it to my phone easily, but as I wore it and paid attention to my steps I realized because I don't swing my arms a lot while walking it only recorded a third to half of my steps. I wanted a fitness tracker so I can make sure I keep my activity level up. I bought this so I wouldn't have to keep my phone in my back pocket all the time, but if it's not going to really track all my steps it wasn't worth spending the money on it. I was really disappointed.

I brought this watch in Atlanta,GA three years ago it was $250.00. THE BEST . I WORK AT A HOSPITAL AND THREE YEARS LATER PEOPLE ARE RUNNING OUT TO BUY IT. I WISH I COULD GIVE IT A 10. THEY ARE MUCH CHEAPER THEN WHEN I BROUGHT MYS. IF YOU WANT TO GET THE BEST DON'T BUY THE OTHER. IT IS WELL WORTH THE PRICE..

Works great. I was skeptical about it being a refurbished product but i have had no issues so far. The screen is in great condition as well, no scratches or dings.

I bought this as a gift for my mother and she says that she absolutely loves this fitness band!

The wall plug is missing an entire prong, not sure how this was "certified" as acceptable to sell to a customer...
