Dont buy refurbished

I haven't had mine 2 months and its basically an expensive watch. The gyro doesn't work therefore to view the time you must press the power button. Also the pulse function no longer works so basically the watch as it is now is usless.

Not Water Proof At All
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This fitness watch failed after 8 months. We sent it back to Samsung for repair or replacement. Just like many others in these reviews, the claim got denied due to water damage inside the watch unit. I called Samsung about 5 times battling with them that this watch is guaranteed down to 50 meters under water. Each call ended in they will escalate this to a case manager. That never would happen. I would normally not even try for this long but it was more about principal at this point. They finally replaced the watch. I waited about a week to get the new watch to find out they only sent the watch unit with no band. This started another chain of phone calls. Each called ended in a very generic "we put into the system for a new band and that you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours". It never happened. I finally gave up. Samsung support is very unethical. Their support representatives are only there to wear you down so you go away. I even asked to talk to a manager. That did nothing either. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand. Samsung has lost my business forever.
