So far I really like it. There is a bit of a learning curve, not very intuitive. So far the battery life is good for about 2 days. There was no manual.

Very accurate and informative about all workouts and when you need to workout.

Fitness watch is great, worked as expected. Multiple functions you can do. Wish the bracelet lock is more secure though otherwise it is great

This watch meets my needs, and has a few extra features I didn't have on my old watch. It's not as fast as I wanted it to be, though.

Stating that this item was Squad Certified eased my mind that this product would work as if it were new. However, upon receiving it, the product would not charge, nor hold a charge. It would immediately shut off when attempting to charge, and the watch itself would begin to get hot when used causing my wrist to burn from the heat!! I have owned this watch brand twice before, and NEVER had a problem with it when bought brand new. After "certifying" this product, I do not have much faith that the Geek Squad if very competent.

I bought it for my mom and she absolutely loves her watch

Bought a few smart watches over the years and this is the most comfortable in terms of lightness, size, endurance and sychronisation to my Samsung phones. A lot of features to use. I will buy Samsung Galaxy watch later to try.

I didn't like it because the battery life was terrible. Also not very accurate health monitoring. Step count was off big time , so it also affected when you ran .

Wearing the smartwatch means I don't have to keep my cell phone physically on my person. It also monitors several items related to health.

I bought this as a refurbished special. Unfortunately had to return it because the wrist band was too small. Bought a replacement with a large band and really like it.

this is my second purchase. The first watch worked fine for almost 2 years,then lost some of it's functionality. Hoping the bugs are worked out.

Wife put down 2 other smart watches to wear this one. She loves using it when she swims. Keeps a charge for 36 hours plus.

Bought this refurbished for my mom since she works out and isn't always busy her phone. The refurbished watch looks brand new, no scratches or wear of any kind!

Love how it syncs to my phone plus all the health tracking. This is my 3rd samsung watch. Upgrading each time.
