Why not buy refurbished. Same warranty. Don't waste money

I purchased this for my husband for Christmas. I made sure it turned on and was charged so that on Christmas morning he could unwrap and use his new watch. Fast forward to Christmas morning and when he opened it we could not get it to stay on. After researching online we saw where it may need to be restarted. Tried the restart would not work. Finally saw where if you turn it on while on the charger it should work. We tried this and it did but only stayed on for a total of about 30 mins. Called Bestbuy and they set us up an appt with geek squad for the next day. The next day we get to geek squad and find out they cannot work on the watch because it has been refurbished or only option is to return this and buy another one. We then find out that all the new options were sold out and or only option was to get a refurbished watch or buy the newer version. Well after the experience of the refurbished one we decided to buy new which unfortunately costs us an extra $200 we weren’t really planning on spending but this was my husbands only Christmas gift so we did it anyway. Just really sucks bestbuy can’t work on their own refurbished items.

Upgraded from the gearfit 2 and enjoy the longer battery life, display is excellent outdoors only issue is having to tighten it up for a heart rate. Didn't have that problem with the gearfit. Overall really liking it!

Like the watch, there some things I wish were different, like videos, but good overall watch.

A great watch. Go for the refurbished. You can save money.

So far i have no big issue with my Smartwatch. It would be better if there are multiple options to get the data for the weather.

A great all around watch for the money, i put it through the paces, tough watch. as far as fitness applications, it could probably use an upgrade. not always the most accurate, though pretty good. and the Gps has outright quit a couple of times on me, thus not recording my distance. ( a little irratating to say the least ).

I never bought the refurbished product but I thought this was a good opportunity with great discount. Fair enough, I thought I bought a brand new product when I opened the box. Very satisfied, superb!

product is nice but geek squad sent me defective product...due to which i returned this watch...geek squad suppose to check if everything is in working condition or not..but they sent defective piece....i have returned it now

Need more functions for improve it, really waste product.

I really like this watch. The only complaint I have is that it is a little big for women with small wrists. I wish Samsung made smaller sizes of watches. However that has nothing to do with how great this watch works. I am happy I got this watch and I cant wait til the Gear 4 comes I might consider getting that as well the Gear 3 I really like.

I bought the watch for my son for his birthday. He recently bought the Samsung Galaxy S9 and wanted a smart watch that looked like a watch but functioned like a phone. He loves it. He wasn't a fan of the leather band as to him didn't feel like it was in proportion to the size of the face as it is rather large (even for a man) I wouldn't recommend this for a woman at all! ... so he ordered a metal band and it looks amazing. Exactly what this watch needed. So my final review would be a 10 out of a 10. He loves it and super happy with it.
