Out of the box the only thing geeksquad did was clean it. Had to charge it to get it to turn on which wasn't a problem until it was turned on, had it on the charger for about 5 minutes and it said it was at 80% battery. I let it charge awhile longer took it off and turned it on and come to find out it wasn't even restored to factory settings, it was trying to connect the the old owners phone and was able to go thru all the text messages that were on there. Won't hold a charge dies 30 seconds after being turned on and one of the physical buttons doesn't work. They should really pay attention to the quality of work the employees are doing to the products.

I like the durability of this watch. I will suggest the warranty through Geek Squad.

This was a refurbished device. Luckily I checked it before gifting. The device wouldn’t hold a charge for longer than 1 hour.

Was refurbished I understand but there was food and dirt between the band and watch . At least clean it and have some pride in what you sell .

Very useful. Fitness tracker is fun. Calls thru watch are great. Screen went out on my phone shortly after buying this and I was able to make calls for the next day or two through the watch only.

I had the gear s2 but it stopped working due to water damage. Manufacturer claim that the device is water proof but I say it more shower proof. Nice size for a guy.

Tried many times to charge it and it wouldn,t turn on. Product came defective.

The Classic GearS3 worked seamlessly! The watchband was beat up and BestBuy didn't even offer to swap it out for a clean one! Returned and thus this review!

Doesn't work! I put it on when I just got it yesterday, and the only thing that works is the clock.

S3 Classic is the best smartwatch I've ever owned. It has the features I love like heart rate sensor, sleep tracker, fitness tracker, ability to read notifications, big bright screen, etc! I switch watches, but always go back to my S3 Classic after a short period away from it!

I like the look of this watch. It is a little more dressy than the frontier one. The features are great. It it easy to use. My husband likes have access to his phone without having his phone on him at all times. Great gift !!!!!!!

I've received the watch with a missing button, which makes impossible to use it.. I had to spend my time going to bestbuy store to return the watch and get the reimbursement. I will never again buy a refurbish product.

The watch was a refurbished model, be aware they do not provide the user manual or any information in the blue box.The watch itself has great styling for casual and dress use. Easy to sync with your Samsung cellphone. No complaints.

I was skeptical of buying refurbished, but expectations were exceeded. Check the box thoroughly. As additional band was at the bottom under the foam

Great watch glad I upgraded from the S2. Battery life is still not what is advertised but better than S2.

I love all the great features available, besides the many different watch faces you can read and answer text messages, answer and decline phone calls, including use it as a phone, track your exercise and monitor heart rate.
