Missing button

And of course I join the poor review group since I was missing essential button. Explain to me again how something is geek certified when it's clear as day a bottom is missing? I just called and got a refund, I'm thoroughly disappointed in Best Buy for this.

This watch IS NOT water resistant, at all!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the watch, but do a google search for "Gear S3 water damage" and you will see story after story of how these watches get destroyed even with just sweat or getting rinsed off. And, Samsung WILL NOT do anything to fix. SO, either plan on keeping it dry, or do not get this watch.

Worst purchase I've made

Great watch when it works
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I first received the watch I noticed that the leather band had some wear and tear. This didn't bother me too much but when I went to turn the watch on it would turn off. The only way I could get this watch to work was connecting to the charger. I was a bit disappointed but that's what you get when your purchase refurbished products. I returned it the very next day with no trouble. Hopefully the next one will work.
