I had problems syncing the bluetooth with other device and had to return the first soundbar with a replacement. You get what you pay for.

Audio sync does not match with the lips.

The sound quality is great and the subwoofer is great too but the ONLY issue I have is the audio DOES NOT sync. The lips move before and the sound comes after, I tried updating the soundbar via usb that did not help, then changed settings from the remote and that did not do anything also. Switched from Bluetooth to an Optical port and that did not fix it. I wish there was a way to fix this issue because it's very annoying.

Thank you for sharing your review of the HW-B450 Soundbar. Your experiences are critical to us and will be shared with our internal teams.
There are a few ways you can help fix this with your Soundbar. By pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (which looks like a gear), you can set the audio function. You will see AUDIO SYNC scroll across the LED display and from there use the UP/DOWN buttons to adjust between 0-300 milliseconds.
If your TV has the ability to adjust the Digital Audio Output to Pass Through then this is another option. For 2020, 2021, and 2022 Samsung TVs you can use this feature to correct your audio-sync issue if you are connecting to a Samsung TV. On your TV go to Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through.
