      This soundbar features a powerful wireless subwoofer, as well as Bass Boost mode to instantly amplify the bass with a touch of a button. You can try manually optimizing your settings by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing SURROUND SOUND - GAME - ADAPTIVE - BASS BOOST - STANDARD

      Additionally, there are two additional adjustments that can be made for bass and subwoofer:
      1) Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the volume of the subwoofer between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button down

      2) Adjust the BASS or TREBLE by pressing the TONE CONTROL button on the remote control, then select

      For precise audio adjustments, you can use the 7-band frequency equalizer to optimize the sound for your room acoustics by pressing and holding the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds, make sure you also set the SOUND MODE to STANDARD.

    It worked for 6 months / Best buy is stating since you did not get the Geek Squad you are on your own...Contact Samsung 1 year mfg. warranty is in place...Samsung is a joke no response or even a reply... must result to small claims court I assume AVOID Samsung !!!

    Sounds good but completely unusable

    When I 1st got it worked good for 2 days and now anytime I turn it on and start playing music it will turn itself off 2 minutes into the song, only way too fix it is buy unplugging it from wall and sound bar and replug it in both ends for it too do it again in another 2 minutes

    I purchased an open box and the attachments and remote were both items for other equipment. It’s a hassle to unwrap the cellophane that they used. It should be put in a box.

    Worked for about 2 months maybe less and now I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to turn on and it works for maybe a minute or 2 before it cuts off again. I wish I could return it because it's trash but it's after the return date. Complete waste of money

    My old LG was better

    I gave my LG away to soon. It sounded better than this one. My TV isn't bluetooth compatable and I can't get the soundbar to work with my Xfinity remote. That is enough reasons for me to return for better one first thing tomorrow.

      Other manufacturer’s remotes may have to be enabled on your Soundbar. First, turn Off the Soundbar. Once powered off, push up and hold the WOOFER button for 5 seconds. Each time you push the WOOFER button up and hold it for 5 seconds, the mode switches in the following order: “OFF-TV REMOTE” (Default mode), “SAMSUNG-TV REMOTE”, “ALL-TV REMOTE”. Please also make sure your speaker settings on the TV are set to External Speaker.

      If you have not yet returned your unit, please give us the opportunity to troubleshoot your issue and work toward a solution.

    Terrible…this is the third time I have got this system and it keeps going out. I returned it each time and I got a replacement. The system has went out again….. The fact that they only give you 15 days to return the items are ridiculous.

    By far the best sound bar I’ve owned. Even the way the item was packaged was exceptional! It was light in the box, so easy to unpack and the easiest setup ever. It came with an instruction manual with step by step setup instructions, including syncing the subwoofer. However, as soon as I plugged in both the sound bar and subwoofer they automatically connected, so there was no effort required on my part to get started. We haven’t found anything yet where the sound isn’t absolutely phenomenal - TV, movies, sports, video games, streaming music, everything sounds perfect. The different sound modes are awesome to customize the sound based on what we’re watching or listening to. We set the subwoofer behind our couch and when we watch sports it feels like we can hear the crowd noise all around us, definitely the most realistic feeling you can get aside from actually being there. We were watching a game show one night and it felt like we were a part of the audience because we were surrounded by applause and laugh tracks. The design of the sound bar is slim and unobtrusive so you hardly notice it, until the sound starts coming through. Overall a very high quality product that I definitely recommend giving it a shot - you certainly will not be disappointed.

    Don’t buy stop working a week after I got it wast of my money best buy told me to call Samsung and Samsung tell me to call Best Buy so I just call it a lost
