I found the software update from the official site did it and i did Press and hold ID SET on the rear of the subwoofer for at least 5 seconds. blue light is on. but After 20-30 seconds, the connection drops again. then it connects again. then it breaks again. it happens all the time in this thread. software update and manual pair didn't help me. I hope I can return it.
