Elevate your entertaining experience with immersive 3D sound. The power of Samsung sound bar Q600A makes surround soundbar comes to life with speakers that fire from front, side and above.
A: I think what Tim from Samsung is saying that with the HW Q600A, you can get a single Dolby Atmos (or DTX:X?) source connected to it through the HDMI in port. I think that for soundbars with eARC like the HW Q700A, you can connect multiple Atmos/DTX:X sources to the TV and send the sound to the soundbar through eARC. Correct?
Q: What rear speaker package is compatible with this system
A: Hi Dan! The correct rear speaker kit to pair with the HW-Q600A is model SWA-9100S found at the following link from Best Buy: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung-2-0-channel-wireless-rear-speaker-kit-with-surround-sound-black/6456117.p?skuId=6456117 ^Tim
A: Hi Momcos! Yes, by using the "Woofer" button on the remote, you can adjust the subwoofer volume. Push the button up or down to adjust the level of the woofer to -12 or between -6 to +6. To set the woofer volume level to 0 (Default), press the button in instead of up or down. ^Tim
A: If you only have 1HDMI input on your television, this particular sound bar has 2. 1 for the ARC and another one that just might work for your fire stick just try it both ways.
A: Hi John! Yes, Samsung soundbars will automatically turn on when detecting an audio signal from either HDMI, digital optical, or Bluetooth sources. ^Tim
Q: Is the Samsung HW-Q600A soundbar compatible with Samsung Q70T TV.
A: Hi TerryC0344! Yes, the HW-Q600A can connect to the Samsung Q70T using HDMI ARC, digital optical audio, or Bluetooth wireless audio technology. ^Tim
A: Hi Ernie! You can certainly connect the soundbar to your TV via Bluetooth, however, for the best audio quality and user experience we suggest using the included HDMI cable. This will provide the best audio quality without delay or lip sync issues, you will also be able to use the TV remote to adjust the volume of the soundbar, rather than needing to use both remotes. ^Tim
Q: Can the Q600A mount under the TV via brackets? Will the sound from the top drivers be impeded ?
A: It could, but I wouldn’t do that. The soundbar sends sound in all directions. The tv would block the sound come if from the top.
