Sound quality is terrible. The speaker on my TV was better.

It was easy to set up once we figured it out and it links so easy with Bluetooth. My kids love having it on to play video games especially with their Sony vr. When we watch movies it feels like we are in a theater I was never a fan of bass but it makes watching TV so much better the quality is so smooth and doesn't sound static when it's too loud. Even without the bass it sounds so clear and loud. It looks very elegant as well.  Read less

The sound bar was easy to setup and wall mount. It has superior sound quality without overpowering bass which results in a crisp, clean sound. I highly recommend this sound bar.

I was amazed at how easy connectivity was. Alexa picked up the connection immediately after turning it on. For me sound is very important, so I had to put it to the test immediately, turned on Black Panther movie, and that 1st rush of sound made me feel like I wasin the theater. I could hear the sounds very clear and background sounds were thrown across the room, truly impressed! Now comes my 2nd test, 90s hip hop era sound. Blasting that, Gin and Juice from Snoop Dog, ohhh it was a party. You can't go wrong with this purchase. I highly recommend this sound bar. It has great sound and is not bulky like my last one.

I got this soundbar at a discounted price thanks to the insiders. The new Samsung Q600a Soundbar is great! Soundbars have certainly came into their own. Especially this one! Even the bass is hard hitting and more than adequate; even from a smaller sub unit. I think for the most part, hooking up the device in an incorrect way can cause issues, so understanding how to do so will help. If correctly installed, the soundbar will let you know when you are using a source that provides DA. If it doesn’t, the source is not DA encoded. You still get Dolby Digital formats from your TV and streaming devices. Even some of the steaming services provide DA encoded entertainment that will be recognized. The sound immersion of the Dolby Atmos is chilling at times. They have really created an object-oriented sound that works! Even at low volumes you can still hear awesome effects and voices clearly. The sound quality is fantastic and well worth the price I paid for it.

I recently received my Samsung Soundbar and am very happy with the product. First impression is the reduced waste used on the packaging. I appreciate using only what is needed to pack and safely send the soundbar. After opening the box, it only took about 10 minutes to have the product up and running. Very easy set up and instantly recognized by my tv and remote. Just 2 power cords and a HDMI cable to hook up. My large screen is great but the speakers are a bit lacking, so this sound bar does a great job of complimenting my living room set up. The sound is great, the bass is great, and this soundbar has a lot of options and choices if you want to personalize your experience. The subwoofer is just the right size to fit beside my entertainment center and adds a real depth to my sound experience without becoming overwhelming. Overall, a great sound bar and subwoofer combo. I received this product at a dicounted rate for an honest review.

It's so clear and crisp, the Dolby Atmos sounds absolutely amazing! It feels like you're in a theater no matter what you're watching. Highly recommend it! We hooked ours up to our tv using the included HDMI cable. We use it to basically create our own in home theater, the sound quality is just that good. We haven't tried the Alexa voice commands with it because we don't use Alexa for anything else. The soundbar itself fits on our tv stand under our 55" tv, and the sub sits on the floor next to it. The soundbar is fairly light, the sub is probably a couple pounds in weight, which is why it's on the floor. Overall the sound is super crisp and clean, and quite literally sounds like we're in the theater all the time. It's amazing!

I must start by saying this is the first sound bar I have ever owned because most others I have come across weren't all that great. However, this sound bar is amazing the adapted sound really sells it for me because I am absolutely someone who can't hear people speaking then turn up the volume just to have to lower it when something action-packed happens. That being said, I also love that this took maybe 15 minutes to set up and comes with a wall mount. I love that it immediately connected to my Samsung TV with no extra steps and my smart things app as well. I really have always been a huge Samsung supporter and advocate and this is just another stellar device that will keep me coming back to Samsung everytime. Oh one last thing the Samsung acoustic beam is also amazing not one problem with it and it really does move the sound for what's happening on the screen. I am a huge fan of this sound bar for sure! I will be mounting it on the wall soon but just couldn't wait to test it out! Update after testing a few days I was easily able to Bluetooth my phone and other devices I absolutly love the my Amazon alexa devices connect and i am able to utilize voice functions with the volume as well. I used the hdmi feature to plug into my computer and was able to really have an immersive experience when playing the pc games. The size of the sound bar is perfect to mount right under my 60 inch samsung TV, it is slim enough that it looks very sleek as if its a part of the TV itself.The subwoofer is produces amazing bass especially when I connect to the alexa for Amazon music and my phone with YouTube music (my neighbors are less thrilled). I love that the subwoofer is nicely made fine cloth covering and is wireless it easily fits in the corner. Needless to say this sound system is perfect for a movie theater experience house party or even just jamming out while cleaning. The features are easy to use especially with the Samsung smart things, tap and play, and with the voice control features if you lose your remote your still able to control everything you need.

This is my 2nd Samsung soundbar. I am using this one in my upstairs gaming loft area and I have used it regularly for video games, streaming, and high definition playback. Though, I'll admit, mostly for video games. The quality of sound is excellent for a sound bar. The bass is clear and explosions and other such noises really pop. Setup for this is very simple. I am using the HDMI-ARC option though Optical Digital works pretty well too. Either is very straightforward to use. All in all, if you want to drastically improve sound versus your TV's built in speakers but don't want to break the bank, this is for you.

First I gotta say that I've owned about 3 sound bars in the past and none of them sounded as amazing as this does! I've had wired sound system that didn't sound as good as the q600a. I'm inlove with the sound quality! And the sharpness of the speakers when there's alot of action is perfect. The subwoofer is the perfect size and the smoothness of ever thump is great. I would definitely approve of this product for sure

I have this hooked up to my PS5 for gaming and movie watching in my man cave. Sounds great. Takes a small amount of space but fills the room with decent sound. Basic surround sounds good, but Atmos and dtsx really doesn’t sound much different from the regular virtual surrounds. Subwoofer is really good for this unit. I stuck it in a corner and it didn’t get boomy at all. Inputs are decent. Overall a good bar for a 2nd room/guest room.

Sounded great while it lasted and wouldve rated 5 star if it didnt just die and stop working after 3 years.

This sound bar is amazing. I paired it with my Samsung QN800A and I'm really impressed. My family loves movies and now we have a theater like experience at home. The soundboard is thin but well built. The subwoofer is the prefect size.I like that it connects via Bluetooth no more messy wires.. The setup was super quick and easy. The sound is superb it's crisp and immersive with the 3d directional audio and doubt atmos. The acoustic beam technology in the soundbar is impressive.

sound bar was super easy to set up. The Bluetooth connectivity is great. The size is perfect not too big or small. It's well built. The sound is out of this world. I love how the q symphony pairs with my TV its like being at the cinema. The 3d directional audio and acoustic beam technology are superb. The remote is the perfect size. Overall the Samsung Q600a is amazing. We love it and would definitely recommend it.

We used the internal speaker on our Samsung 75” flat screen for nearly a year before we upgraded the sound with a Samsung sound bar. The sound is now so clear and strong, and it can be controlled with our TV’s remote. Great addition. Only sorry we didn’t do it sooner.

Paired well with Samsung tv. Required some assistance with customer service to ensure subwoofer was properly set up but very helpful and easy to resolve. Good sound for the money. I would recommend

decent sound bar for the price. If you have a bigger budget I would suggest going for more power. It pairs easily with phones/tvs. Installed within minutes.

Would like a little more dynamics and punch at lower volume. But love it for movies when I can be at louder volume. Nice to connect my phone and stream music. Haven't used my stereo since purchase.

From the start the "instructions" were lacking - as my setup includes a TIVO box. The only way this works is via an optical cable (not included). Yes the TIVO site should have some info but so should Samsung. The "troubleshooting" section of the "instructions" said if there's no sound to try increasing the volume not that perhaps you need to think about a TIVO/DVR in the equation. Then there's no mention of settings in the TV or yet another in the TIVO box (to enable "Dolby"). Worse still - the remote appeared to do absolutely nothing. I had to turn the soundbar on and increase the volume on the soundbar itself. Only once did I ever even see the LED illuminate and display "ON". I ended up submitting a warranty claim on the remote. Sadly when I returned from mailing that off - the soundbar wouldn't power on at all. It's been a week of just one frustration after another. Don't have the heart to see if giving the sound bar a "rest" resolves that matter but it's looking like the bar itself should've been mailed back, not the remote. The two days it did work, I enjoyed the sound but I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed at this juncture
