I would not have paid full price better options at $499.00. The set up was a breeze, user friendly and easy to operate.

The only thing that could be improved on is the extra speakers they lack in sound at times.

Good sound but rarely worked

Unfortunately the subwoofer work only about half the time. The rear speakers rarely worked, maybe only 10% of the time. I returned one unit, and the second unit had the same. problem. I returned that as well. The soundbar itself was excellent

My room had rear surround ceiling speaker positions, and no place for front speakers or a subwoofer, thus the wireless subwoofer, soundbar and rear surround speakers were perfect for my application. It took a little work to get the HDMI ARC to work, I ended up hooking up with a optical cable first (used D.IN), but after cycling on/off a number of times it "Majically" found the HDMI ARC and it works great with my Samsung remote. It's not perfect, but the sound is good enough for my purpose, it was a great price and it fits my need perfectly.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung HW-Q65T Soundbar with Wireless Rear Speaker Kit. We appreciate you sharing your experience with the surround sound system.
By design, the surround speakers are supposed to simulate sounds happening behind the viewer. Therefore, most of the time the surround channels are only used for ambient sounds, which are naturally lower in volume.
However, there are a few settings you can change to adjust the surround effect to your preference:
1) Make sure that the source (e.g. TV output) is sending surround channels to the Soundbar. If the source is not capable of surround, then set the Surround mode to OFF on the Soundbar by pressing the Surround button on the remote.
2) If the source has surround channels, select the desired Sound Mode from the Soundbar remote.
3) Turn off Dynamic Range Control. This is done by pressing and holding the Sound Mode button while the Soundbar is in standby mode.
4) Increase the volume level of the surround speakers using the Sound Control button on the Soundbar remote control. Press the Sound Control button on the soundbar remote (looks like a gear), then select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.
