The sound quality is great however, the maximum volume level sucks. It also keeps pausing my audio at different intervals.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung HW-Q65T and for sharing your feedback regarding the volume of your soundbar and issues you are experiencing. The details you have provided are important tot us and will be shared with our product teams.
Please know, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV or soundbar. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV or soundbar and then try cable connection again.
You may also want to initialize your soundbar again by pressing the - + (volume) buttons at the same time for at least 5 seconds. “INIT” appears on the display when the soundbar is initialized.
Please also make sure that you have the latest firmware update. You can update your firmware by using a USB device.

I seem to like to go with the same brand TV as the sound bar as they should work flawlessly together. I have always owned Samsung and they seem to be a good product. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a sound bar to match the Samsung TV.
