Great value for the product

I started to hook everything up. I had a hard time getting the wireless rear speakers to sync. I decided to do a chat with Samsung after about 20 minutes of going back & forth & getting no where, I decided to call the Geek Squad at the Best Buy I bought the sound bar. After less then 10 minutes he had me all setup and ready to go with the rear speakers.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.found this on sale and saved even more with open box so very glad I didn't pass on getting it very impressed with how fast I recieved this sound bad ordered it online Saturday night and was delivered on Monday.. love all the features it has did notice if you push the speaker cable on the rear speakers in to far the speaker will cut in and out or not work at all minor user mistake also rear speakers are alittle low but overall the whole system in my bedroom works great

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it was very difficult to get it to connect to the tv. The instructions might as well have been missing. I finally got it to connect properly after googling many different resources. I would have thought it to be easier since I have a Samsung smart TV.

NOTHING to explain or show how to connect to the TV. I had to figure out how to connect my blue ray directly to the system and TV. Finally figured this out. Still trying to figure out how to connect the cable tv and blue ray together. I want to use the speaker system together with the TV only and if I want to use the blue ray, I switch over.

The ONE issue that keeps it from being a perfect system is the volume button on the remote is terrible; thank goodness i still have a Logitech universal remote i can use in its place.
