DO NOT EVER buy a product from Best Buy or Samsung that is NOT BRAND NEW!!! Neither company backs up their products if they are NOT BRAND NEW! So IF you do NOT want to be on your own for a Samsung or Best Buy sale product STAY AWAY!!! The only thing missing from my purchase of this "open box-excellent" soundbar was the rear speaker wires that connect the rear speakers to the module making it wireless. Neither Best Buy nor Samsung would send me the wires.

You are able to adjust the rear speaker volume by pressing the provided soundbar remote CH LEVEL button. You will see REAR LEVEL scroll across the LED display, from here you can use the UP/DOWN buttons to change between -6 to +6 volume.
