This sound bar is the best Samsung that I have ever purchased. The installation was very easy. Once everything was complete it pretty much connected to the TV. The two additional speakers that were included made a very big difference in the sound.

I had a wired soundbar but this wireless Samsung really puts out some great sound. The sound is pure and crisp. It makes regular TV sound great but the movies from the streaming channels are terrific with the additional rear speakers. Great buy

I am partially deaf and have serious problems with hearing conventional TV speakers. With this surround system I have no problem hearing my new Samsung TV with the matching surround system even without my hearing aids. I am extremely pleased with today’s installation.

Sound is great, better than I expected. The only issue, is my Sony 65 doesn't sync sometimes. Have made adjustments to it, seems I found that's as good it gets. Next will TV be Samsung.

Its okay for the price. Issues with hdmi wired connection, I have changed several cables and sometimes when I turn on the tv, it doesn't turn on. I have to unplug and plug back the hdmi cable.

There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot your Soundbar.
Please verify that you are running the latest firmware on your TV. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
Next, try doing a soft reset, unplug the soundbar from the outlet for roughly 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
Lastly do a hard reset, with the Soundbar on, press the + & - (Volume UP/DOWN) buttons on the body at the same time for at least 5 seconds. “INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset.

I’ve tested multiple Dolby atmos systems around the $300-$800 range. This is the best one I’ve heard so far. Works great with my LG C1 and even better with my Samsung Q90T. Using the soundbar through wifi with my Q90T was a pleasant surprise. No wires, no delay

Long time Best Buy Customer and Total Tech member from the start. Open Box Deal with BBY guarantee. Didn't work: $800 sound system blasted out sound suddenly without warning. Total Tech "repair" took weeks but the repair location is only about 40-50 miles away. Called Total Tech telephone rep, who says repair is completed and sound system is ready for pick up at store, but it was not ready (wasted trip). Second trip: Very upset; Best Buy dented up the soundbar during "repair" (I took pictures) Best Buy rep admitted it was Best Buy's fault (because Best Buy noted excellent physical condition at intake). Looked even closer at subwoofer scratches and tears at corners of front cloth screen panel (it's like Best Buy just tossed the sound system around during transport and/or repair). Best Buy rep empathizes and apologizes; says he will ask manager to replace (manager apparently denies). So, new "expedited" Total Tech repair. That was about two weeks ago. I just got a message the sound system just arrived at repair center. Expedited? It took 2 weeks to go 40-50 miles?

I was unable to connect the sound bar to use it. Too many pieces and the instructions were horrible. It may be an excellent option for someone that know how to connect these speakers.

This is a great value and quite loud for an apartment or condominium. Using the smart things app makes it even better. Unfortunately, my wife stumbled across the Bluetooth feature so I have to listen to her music most of the day lol

I purchased this soundbar as an open box. I attempted to set it up but was unsuccessful. Because it was an open box I do not want to say this is not a good soundbar but I was not able to really test it.

A Lemon or Major issue

Followed all directions as provided, Day #1 couldn't get the rear speakers to connect finally after over an hour on phone with Samsung go them to work. Day #2, notice the volume would automatically adjust to 15, if I have it at 20 or at 10 with-in 2 minutes it goes to 15 automatically. Was on phone for 2 hours with Samsung Tech and no-one could figure this out. Told me it was a Soundbar issue and I need to send it in. I called Best Buy and they are bringing a new one out and will install it for me, guess it is wait and see

Its just okay. The woofer is ok but the highest volume is not the best. It's had to adjust settings because the window is so small. The value is not great for the quality.
