Called to see if I could replace woofer was told I would have to bring everything back to store just to replace woofer. Very unsatisfied with this response. I purchased the protection plan but was unable to get someone on phone. Called back and was told that it would take ska while before someone could come out to diagnose.

The rear speakers give a truly realistic movie experience. I highly recommend this system with a TV that has Q Symphony for ann even more enhanced experience.

Thank you for sharing your review regarding the HW-Q750B Soundbar. I am sorry to see that you have experienced this issue with the eARC port.
First I would recommend updating your Soundbar's software. You can download the firmware directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Bars”. From there, you can select the HW-Q750B under Q Series.
Download the update and install it via USB thumb stick to your soundbar. If you need additional help, there are how-to instructions on this page. Please know that Samsung Customer Service is here to assist as well.
Secondly I would check to make sure that your TV software is fully up to date as well.

By pressing the SOUND MODE button you can select the desired audio mode such as Surround, Game, Standard, Adaptive sound.
With the Surround Speakers connected, select REAR LEVEL and then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.
If you would like louder (or softer) bass from your subwoofer, you can adjust the level by rocking the WOOFER button on the soundbar remote, and then adjusting the level from -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.
With the sound mode set to Standard, press and hold the Sound Control button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band for precise audio adjustments. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons.
