    It's an okay entry level sound bar. Not as good as my 2019 Q70 sound bar. I ended up returning it for the Q930C sound bar which is way nicer and sounds unbelievable.

    has good sound but a few days after purchase the volume goes all the way to max on its own.firmware is up to date will be returning

    Had installer put in sound bar/ speakers. Woofer has a very vibration. Called to see if I could replace woofer was told I would have to bring everything back to store just to replace woofer. Very unsatisfied with this response. I purchased the protection plan but was unable to get someone on phone. Called back and was told that it would take ska while before someone could come out to diagnose.

    This system has great high and lows. The rear speakers give a truly realistic movie experience. I highly recommend this system with a TV that has Q Symphony for ann even more enhanced experience.

    When it actually works its a great soundbar. I love samsung, but if i have to keep factory resetting it just to get it to recognize my aArc im going to go with a different brand.

      First I would recommend updating your Soundbar's software. You can download the firmware directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Bars”. From there, you can select the HW-Q750B under Q Series.

      Download the update and install it via USB thumb stick to your soundbar. If you need additional help, there are how-to instructions on this page. Please know that Samsung Customer Service is here to assist as well.

      Secondly I would check to make sure that your TV software is fully up to date as well.

    Atmos sound ..surround sound is soo pleasing and ease on ears .. it’s tricky to connect additional speakers and make them in sync took almost 30-45mins and multiple you tube videos to setup

    We recently upgraded to this system and we are very impressed. The older version and we had issues with it syncing with the volume of the tv. This one has had zero issues so far and great sound.

    Once I learned to position the soundbar, setup was a breeze and the sound is quite enjoyable. Samsung delivers a good product and the dialogue is easier to hear and it’s fun to experience the atmos effects .

    I find that I can't get the Woofer to work consistently. It loses connection to the soundbar often. It is about 8' distant from the soundbar....so is that a problem?

      We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review about your experiences with the HW-Q750B Soundbar.

      By pressing the SOUND MODE button you can select the desired audio mode such as Surround, Game, Standard, Adaptive sound.

      With the Surround Speakers connected, select REAR LEVEL and then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.

      If you would like louder (or softer) bass from your subwoofer, you can adjust the level by rocking the WOOFER button on the soundbar remote, and then adjusting the level from -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.

      With the sound mode set to Standard, press and hold the Sound Control button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band for precise audio adjustments. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons.
