Just Right for our Living Room

This model is a Best Buy exclusive and you will not find many other reviews besides on Best Buy. It checks off all the boxes that I wanted in a sound system, It feels slightly overpriced for what it is BUT I can plug my record player in the auxiliary which makes it a little more worth wile. If you desire multipurpose needs this will do! If I could rate it a 4.5 I would, but I would still buy it knowing it’s a 4.5 because Samsung is a brand that’s never let me down.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the use and setup of your HW-Q750B.
To assist you in the functions and settings of your new soundbar, you can download the full user manual directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Bars”. From there, you can select the HW-Q750B under Q Series. This is also where you can download the latest firmware available for you soundbar. We do recommend making sure that the software is fully up to date.
We do recommend that you use a HDMI cable as this will offer you the best audio and video experience available.
If you connect your Wi-Fi to your soundbar, you will be able to have full control using your smart device. Android and iOS are both compatible with the SmartThings app, from here you can control all of the settings and volume while seeing all of the changes from your phone in real time.

Thank you for sharing your experiences with your rear speakers of the HW-Q750B Soundbar. I am sorry to see that your initial setup was not ideal.
There are a few steps you can take to make sure that everything will connect smoothly. First, make sure that your soundbar is not placed directly on an metal furniture. Also you will want to move your modem/router away from your soundbar if it placed near the unit. Both of these scenario's can cause interference between the soundbar and the wireless rear speaker transmitter.
Make sure that the wireless transmitter is also not being blocked by anything such as a wall, metal furniture or too close to a router/ modem.
Do a hard-reset on your soundbar by powering your soundbar ON. Then, press the Volume + & - (UP/DOWN) buttons on the body at the same time for at least 5 seconds. “INIT” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset.
After this if you are still having connection issues, then manually pair your wireless transmitter to your soundbar.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung HW-Q750B Soundbar System which comes with a subwoofer and rear speaker kit. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts about the wireless description of the rear speakers.
Occasionally, customers have trouble hiding and running speaker wires from the front of the room (where their soundbar is) to the back of their room (where they have their rear speakers). The Rear Speaker Kit eliminates that hassle. Connect the rear speakers to its wireless module and place these three in the back of your room. One wire is required to connect each rear speaker to the wireless module. Then plug in the power cable to the module. The “wireless” convenience is in connecting your soundbar and any other speakers at the front of the room to the rear speakers – this can now be done via Wi-Fi through the wireless module, eliminating any clutter of long wires running the length of your room.
