    When it works it works well but most of the time it doesn’t work! I turn it on and off and when I turn it on nothing happens! I can’t get it to connect to Wi-Fi and I have the best service! I have had it looked at but it still doesn’t work right. I’m unhappy with my purchase.

    It says surround sound but it's not true surround sound, just because it has rear speakers doesn't mean it's surround sound, you should hear bullets ricochet behind you, objects passing by you from front to rear then leaving, this just has the same thing you hear from the front playing through the rear speakers

      Hello Enyce,

      You can try manually optimizing your audio experience with the TONE CONTROL button. By pressing the button, you can adjust the volume of the treble or bass sound. The desired item can be adjusted using the Up/Down buttons.

      This function is enabled in Sound mode excluding in Standard mode. To control the volume of the treble or bass sound, select TREBLE or BASS in Sound Settings, and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons. Once the bass level is changed, the woofer level will be also adjusted accordingly.

      By pressing the SOUND MODE button, you can select the desired audio mode such as Surround, Game, Standard, Adaptive sound.
      • Standard Mode: Outputs the original sound.
      • Surround Mode: Provides a wider sound field than standard.
      • Game Mode: Provides stereoscopic sound to immerse you in the action while gaming.
      • Adaptive sound Mode: Analyzes the content in real time and automatically provides the optimal sound field based on the characteristics of the content.

      By pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (which looks like a gear), you can set the audio function such as, Voice enhance mode, Night mode, Sync, Surround speaker mode, Virtual. The desired item can be adjusted using the Up/Down buttons.

      • Voice enhance mode enhances spoken dialog in movies and TV to make it easier to hear.

      • Night mode is optimized for night time viewing with the settings adjusted to bring the volume down but keep the dialog clear.

      • Press and hold the (Sound Control) button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons.
      (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “Standard”.)

      • If the video on the TV and audio from the Soundbar are not synchronized, select Sync in Sound Control, and then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.
      • Sync is only supported for some functions.
      • The Virtual Speaker function can be turned ON/OFF by using the Up/Down buttons.

      – By pressing the CHANNEL BUTTON, you can adjust the volume of the each speaker such as Center level, Wide level, Front Top level, Rear level, and Rear top level. To control the volume of the each speaker select Center level, Side level, Wide level, or Front Top level in Sound Settings, and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons. If Surround Speakers are connected, select Rear level or Rear top level and then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.

      To control the volume of each speaker, select CENTER LEVEL, SIDE LEVEL, or FRONT TOP LEVEL in Sound Settings, and then adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

      – If the video on the TV and audio from the Soundbar are not synchronized, select SYNC in Sound Control, and then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.

      – SYNC is only supported for some functions.

      – If Surround Speakers are connected, select REAR LEVEL and then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.

      – The VIRTUAL Speaker function can be turned ON/OFF by using the Up/Down buttons.

    Save your money. Subwoofer and Soundbar speaker rattles within the first month of purchase. Decided to call samsung to fix and now 4 months later it is still not resolved. I can’t return it at best buy anymore as well. Loss of money for something that doesn’t work.

    Randomly would cut out even after checking connections and updating. Had to return it as it was unusable. Did get to switch to a better LG model. I usually like Samsung products but this missed the mark.

    The speakers periodically pop and crackle. Sometimes the sound just stops coming from the surround speakers for a few seconds. Tried everything to fix the issue other than replacing the speaker wire. But can’t do that because the clips Samsung uses makes it impossible.

    This sound bar's volume is not impressive; it is rather low except in Dolby atmos when it is average. The volume on my tv is louder than the bar if I am just playing a video via my PlayStation. I am returning this. I bought an open box, the remote and the speakers have distortion issues.

    I purchased this in November. It has been great until this week. 5 months later. No sound from any source. Swapped HDMI cables. Plugging it in, it gets detected as an ATMOS device - no output. Samsung 50" Q series tv/ PS5/ Roku Ultra

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung HW-Q750B Soundbar giving you the ultimate 3D surround sound for your home theater with the highest level of detail and clarity. By design, the purpose of the subwoofer is to reproduces low frequency sounds and not musical tones. It adds rich tones and deepens sound effects, like the rumbles of an explosion or the depth in bass guitars and drums.

      There are two adjustments that can be made to maximize bass from the soundbar and subwoofer:
      1. Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the level between -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.

      2. Adjust the bass control by pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (gear icon) on the remote control, then select BASS to increase the level. You can adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
