      You can adjust the Treble and Bass by pressing the TONE CONTROL button then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the level.

      With the Surround Speakers connected, use the CH LEVEL button and select REAR LEVEL. From there, use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.

      If you would like louder (or softer) bass from your subwoofer, you can adjust the level by rocking the WOOFER button on the soundbar remote, and then adjusting the level from -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.

      With the sound mode set to Standard, press and hold the Sound Control button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band for precise audio adjustments. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons.

    Samsung soundbars are junk

    This is the second soundbar from Samsung. It works for 2 weeks and then suddenly decides to stop working. I get now sound out of it. I mess around with it and get it to work and then 10 minutes into a show, it shuts itself off and goes to the TV sound. I have done all the troubleshooting possible and called Samsung Support to be told to go through the same troubleshooting. When asked to move to higher support, they indicate they don’t have any. I explained that there are issues all over the Internet with Samsung soundbars no matter which model you buy. Samsung support is junk as well as their soundbars.

    Ordered the 750 to pair with my 65 Samsung OLED. Set it up, paired and synced everything, fired it up to sheer disappoinment. The subwoofer bass is pathetic, the soundbar is just ok. Immediately returned to Best Buy for a refund and will most likely be going with a Nakamichi.

    Soundbar samsung . Wireless speakers suck.

    Install was good. The soundbar was fine. However the seperate wireless speakers are of very poor quality. They fail to stay online and sound sucks as well. The subwoofer base is fair. I would not recommend this product . The soundbar is okay the subwoofer is fair. The speakers can go to the trash.

      By pressing the button, you can adjust the volume of the treble or bass sound. The desired item can be adjusted using the Up/Down buttons. This function is enabled in Sound mode excluding in Standard mode.
      • To control the volume of the treble or bass sound, select TREBLE or BASS in Sound Settings, and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
      • Once the bass level is changed, the woofer level will be also adjusted accordingly.

      By pressing the CH LEVEL button, you can adjust the volume of the each speaker such as Center level, Wide level, Front Top level, and Rear level.
      • To control the volume of the each speaker select Center level, Wide level, or Front Top level in Sound Settings, and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
      • If Surround Speakers are connected, select Rear level and then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.

      • Voice enhance mode enhances spoken dialog in movies and TV to make it easier to hear.
      • Night mode is optimized for night time viewing with the settings adjusted to bring the volume down but keep the dialog clear.
      • Press and hold the (Sound Control) button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “Standard”.)
      • If the video on the TV and audio from the Soundbar are not synchronized, select Sync in Sound Control, and then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.
      • Sync is only supported for some functions.
      • The Virtual Speaker function can be turned ON/OFF by using the Up/Down buttons.

    I want to give it ZERO stars, but Best Buy is forcing me to give it ONE star. The back speakers you can BARELY hear out of....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Customer Support - USELESS. There is NOTHING special about the "Q" Technology. It is just a loud speaker that has NO surround sound speaker capabilities what so ever. If Samsung paid me a million bucks to have this in my home for a day to try this out, I would say, "Y'all are crazy! Get that trash out of here."

      There are a few things to consider when using the rear speakers with the Soundbar. You may want to try checking the sound format on your TV to ensure you are getting the best experience for a surround sound setup.

      If your Digital Output Audio Format is set to PCM then you will likely notice decreased performance with surround sound audio systems. Dolby options are designed for surround systems (like 3.1.2 or 7.1), whereas PCM provides great sound quality for stereo speakers.

      On a Samsung TV this setting can be found at Home > Settings > Sound > Expert Settings. (It can also be found in the Quick Settings.)

      Additionally, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV or soundbar. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV or soundbar and then try cable connection again.

      To improve your surround sound experience, you may want to try adjusting the sound mode. The Surround mode may provide you with an improved and more immersive surround sound experience.

      Press the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then select the desired sound effect by choosing STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, GAME, or ADAPTIVE SOUND.

      Additionally, you can increase the volume level of the surround speakers using the CH LEVEL button on the Soundbar remote control. Press the Sound Control button on the soundbar remote (looks like a gear), then select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.

      Thank you for purchasing the new HW-Q750B Soundbar, I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issues with your unit. Your input is invaluable to us and will be shared with our product team.

      When your soundbar is on, make sure that the subwoofer is showing a solid blue light on the back LED indicator. If it flashing blue or a solid red, then the subwoofer is not properly connected to the soundbar.

      Follow these steps if the light is red or if you want to try to re-connect the subwoofer manually. Make sure the soundbar and subwoofer are both plugged in properly, and the soundbar is turned off.

      1. Turn off the Soundbar main.
      2. Press and hold ID SET on the rear of the subwoofer for at least 5 seconds.
      • The red indicator on the rear of the subwoofer turns off and the blue indicator blinks.
      3. Press the Up button on the remote control for 5 seconds.
      • The ID SET message appears on the display of the Soundbar for a moment, and then it disappears.
      • The Soundbar will automatically power on when ID SET is complete.
      4. Check if the LINK LED is solid blue (connection complete)

      Also please make sure that the subwoofer is 32.8 feet or closer to the soundbar. Any further will cause connect issues between the soundbar and wireless subwoofer.

      To increase the amount of bass, use the TONE CONTROL button on your soundbar remote. You can adjust the TREBLE and BASS between -6 to +6 using the UP/DOWN buttons.
      If you push UP/DOWN on the WOOFER button on the remote you will be able to adjust the bass between -12 or -6 to +6.

      Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.)

      Make sure that your soundbar has the newest firmware update by going to https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/?model=N0021435&modelCode=HW-Q750B/ZA and follow the download instructions. Alternatively you can use the SmartThings after connecting your HW-Q750B Soundbar to Wi-Fi and setup the auto update feature.

    I REALLY wanted to like this system but like all the other reviews I also must say that the HW-q750b SUCKS! the rear speakers are so low that you can't even hear them and the bass is horrible. P.S I never leave reviews but im sooooo disappointed that I just had to!! System is going back to Best Buy tomorrow morning!

    Hardly useable constantly cutsout

    Sound bar wasnt the most expensive but atleast i figured 800$ sound bar would work properly. So far its mostly unusable unless you want to factory reset it every time you decided to use it. What it does is cuts out and the sound skips constantly. If it is synced to tv for full surround and the sound bar starts cutting out there will be no sound from tv speakers either.

    My little speakers are not working. Brand new and they dont even wprk out the box.

    Poor quality soundbar avoid this one

    Read the other review from Jakesman, and mine has the same issues. Doesn’t sync with the TV sound and the speakers don’t work consistently. There’s so much more negativity, I can’t list it all without it ruining my day. The older models are fine but not this one. Need to return this garbage. Avoid it!
