Works best with the HDMI connection. The optical, wifi or Bluetooth never sounded right. I wish the rear speakers were more active.

If you’re looking for a good upgrade to a dolby sound system this is it. I was able to get it open box which made the purchase all the more worh it. This system comes witb two rear speakers which help with the overall surround and paired with the Q series samsung , it really helpsp

Talked my parents into getting a new surround sound after they had the same one for over 20 yrs. This one is like night and day, their old system everything sounded so muddled together that you had to watch tv with the subtitles. Set up was fairly easy and when I turned on the voice enhancement you could immediately hear a huge difference. All the dialogue is crystal clear and people are easy to understand which makes a big difference when you're hard of hearing. Music sounds great but only downside is that its not 100% wireless on the back soeakers but they do give you enough cable and its not too bulky. Definitly worth the buy especially for people with hearing problems.

I have been using my new sound bar for the last few days and OMG this is good tech. I got a matching tv that uses E-ARC. The sound is impressive when watching content that is 4K UHD which supports Dolby Atoms. I use HBO Max, Apple TV +, HULU, Peacock, and Cable TV. The bass is on the needs improvement side of things, but I think Samsung sells a bigger wireless sub. Anyway, I'm impressed it gets loud.. Make sure your Sound settings on your tv are correct or turned on. Settings on sound bar could use boosting and experiment with the sound modes. Oh The semi wireless rear speakers have kinda short wires you may be able to lengthen them. Everything connected and worked great. Wish Samsung would include illuminated remotes.

Excellent sound! Still sometimes hard to understand dialog but it’s much better with dialog enhance on and better than the others I’ve had and tried. Need to have a better way to turn down the background music and effects.

Good sound, rear speakers work on this unlike previous models. Received 4 stars because that's all a sound bar will receive in my book... if you want surround sound and good quality, buy a component system.

I bought it last year.. It is another level of experience. when you watch movies.. that has got recorded for 7 channels.. we watched Fast and Furious series.. appeared cars are come from behind..

Glad i paid open box price not full price. Easy to set up at first. But had issues with it going to max volume on its own. After reading some reddit threads I got it fixed. But for the full $799 I wouldnt buy it. U can't even tell the rear speakers r on unless u put it up to your ear. The soundbar and sub itself sound good but u can find a $300-400 JBL that does just as good if not better.

System is very decent for an apartment. Many others complained about the bass, which will depend where the subwoofer is located and the settings. I set the central speaker with negative value and the front, rear and subwoofer at max, and reallly make a rumble.

Perfect solution to avoid oversized speakers in your living room. This system is clear, powerful, and deep. Movies and streaming are much more immersive and the Q-Symphony function with my Samsung Q80B makes gaming enthralling.

The Samsung home stereo system has excellent clarification of sound and the separation of the different tones bass and treble. I’m very pleased with it . Sounds Great !

Arrived in very nice packaging! Very easy to set up as well!!! Once all set up the sound is amazing, and the surround sound just tops off the experience!

I tried several soundbars including Bose, Visio, and JBL. I settled on the Samsung for both value and quality of sound. Sounded better than the Bose which was very suprising to me.

i like the nice sound. the tv this went with the speakers wre not good this unit saved the day. Happy customer .Bought at good sale price thanks black Friday.
