I have a 65 inch LG G1 that I paired with an LG SN10YG 7.1.2 soundbar initially. Unless I was watching Dolby Atmos content, I struggled with hearing dialogue clearly all of the time, ambient noise always overpowered dialogue with the LG. I started looking at other options and watching a ton of reviews and decided to go with the Q930B over the Q990B because I couldn’t find a sound reason to pay $400-500 more for incremental differences. I am BLOWN AWAY by the Q930B!! I can’t even explain how much better this Q930B is over the LG bar. Every detail is clear no matter what is happening on screen. Dolby Atmos content is incredible. I always watch Avengers End Game’s final scene to tune my systems and I felt like I was in the movie. For reference I live in NYC and my living room is about 14’x16’ with 10’ ceilings and it SHAKES during movies. Anyone who says the sub isn’t powerful is clearing missing something because with the volume set at 20/100 my apartment shakes. I love all of the option to tune every speaker and you have full control of the soundbar. I personally have it set to adaptive. I did have shipping/quality issues where the box was damaged and the subwoofer protection was broke and hitting the floor. This caused a dent and a tear in the fabric. There was also white residue on the back of the subwoofer. When chatting with bestbuy, they said they could not do any price adjustments during that time (Black Friday timeframe) but something should have been done... I’d recommend picking up yourself if possible rather than shipping. I ended up ordering another unit and returning the damaged one. 5 stars for the product 2 stars for Best Buy

I got a great open box deal on this soundbar! Although, it should have been priced at the fair rating due to the fact it came with no ac power cords for either the soundbar, subwoofer or 2 speakers. Satisfactory states nonessential items may be missing but I would consider power cords to be essential lol. It also had a sticky residue covering the subwoofer but I digress. There was very few other cosmetic issues and once cleaned and power cords purchased, this baby was off to the races. Boy did I miss surround sound and this soundbar system is just jaw dropping good! It goes absolutely perfect with my new s90c Samsung oled TV. Would highly recommend this soundbar system!!!

So far this has been an awesome purchase. The sound on movies and tv shows is great. Now when they are available in atmos it takes them to a whole nother level. I definitely recommend this with a Samsung tv. Great pairing.

I’m way out of the audio loop, it’s been 20 yrs since I bought a surround sound. This is pretty good. I love the wireless speakers. I’m not to fond of the sub though. It may give more base the way it is built but it’s definitely different than what mine was like. So I’m not to sure how it’s to be facing. Lol the sound bar was MUCH MUCH needed. I have an autistic LOUD 6 yr old and a loud 8 yr old so I needed something to raise the sound since I had the tv volume MAXED out and still couldn’t hear. Lol. This has made all the difference. Was a pain to figure out set up. Lol but now it’s setup I don’t have to do anything extra. Just turn on my tv and this turns on with it and it sounds just like a theater.

We finally decided to upgrade our Tv and wanted to add a nice soundbar system to it. BLack Friday deals were timely and the new samsung 65-75” Q80B was on sale. It was also offered with tne samsung Q750B soundbar system again on a great sale! (Still available). Since the Q750B is exclusive for BB, I also checked other samsung soundbar systems. There are severaal comparisons between samnsung systems so I compared the 900 series with the Q750B model and eevided to complete my 75 inch Q80B purchase with one of the flagship models, the Q930B. Oh my god! What a great system. The sound quality is one of the top. Looks so professional and installation was soo easy. I just downloaded the full instruction and thats it. I also ordered a third party soeaker stand for the rear speakers and the fitment was oerfect. Every single detail and almost all options have been considered in this aysyem. Yiu cant ho wrong with it. All needed hardware is included. Recommend to get the instructions online. Once the soundbar, subwoofer and satellite speakers are plugged setting is done automatically. Didnt experience any difficulties. I can easily say I was just watching standart movies before.

The quality of the speakers was way better than what I expected. I bought this on an open box condition, I had some doubts on it but I take the chances and no regrets at all! It came with no box at all or manuals but not an issue. As soon as I connected everything, and with the support of my Samsung phone, everything works like a charm. I have a Samsung tv so the Q-Symphony was enabled automatically.

OPEN BOX DEAL $550 OUT THE DOOR! All in all, this set up is impressive!! I’m coming from a similar model, the 2019 HW-Q80R with rear 9500s satellite speakers, and the Q930B is lacking in bass compared to its predecessor. The 930s bass is definitely cleaner and deeper, just doesn’t quite pack the same punch. The satellite speakers on the Q930B are huge, easily filled a medium sized living room. One more hdmi port would’ve been great…

I bought a Sonos Arc with 2 surrounds and mini sub, and while it sounded amazing for music, it didnt have that cinematic sound I was looking for. Surround effects were disconnected and didnt feel like a bubble around me. Atmos effects were weak in most cases. I went to BB and heard the Q930 demo in store. It immediately blew me away. It was everything I wanted from the Sonos. Full, with amazing wide soundstage and 3d surround sound. I brought it home and it continues to blow me away. The only disadvantage compared to Sonous would be for music. The included sub with Q930 sounds incredible for movies, shakes my windows and goes very low, but for music its a bit boomy at times. I never expected the Samsung to blow me away like this. It cost less than the Sonos system it replaces, and makes me much happier. Get it!! Best system in its price class

I’m very pleased with this sound system. I currently live in a condo with neighbors above so I haven’t been able to max out the sound. At the highest level I’ve tried it’s amazing for action movies! It seriously feels like you’re in the middle of the action with sounds coming and projected all around you!

This is a very good system. I had a Polk Audio Magnifi prior to this. This system blows that one away. I’m a little hard of hearing and the center channel on this system is not overwhelmed by the background sounds like the Polk Audio system was. I have it hooked to a 75 inch Samsung QN85B with Q-Symphony and it is awesome!

The soundbar itself is a bit boomy out of the box, and requires some EQ calibration, which will ultimately depend on the size & shape of the room it's in, including the positioning of the parts. I don't rely on, nor have desire to use features such as SpaceFit sound since I'm capable of calibrating on my own. I also do not use the AVA feature. I have the system set to Adaptive sound whether for 5.1 content or Dolby Atmos content. For movies I have Treble set to +1, and Bass set to -1, while I fluctuate the Sub between +2 & -2 depending on how a studio mastered a specific movie (think Michael Bay & Christopher Nolan vs. most other directors). I'm satisfied w/ the Channel Levels at 0, except for the Front Top & Rear Top: I have those maxed at +6 each. For animes such as Samurai Champloo, or Cowboy Bebop I do turn on the Bass Enhancement feature, but I don't use it for anything but. I still have to do some additional remodeling before I ideal placement for the subwoofer, but I'm really enjoying this soundbar; me, coming from a VIZIO Elevate this bar having one fewer driver (12 drivers on the bar), vs. Elevate's 13 drivers on the bar, and a ~4-5" shorter width this system does not lack in comparison. Samsung's use of Mid-Range & Woofer combo's vs. VIZIO's Tweeter-Woofer combo's really rounds out the soundstage, especially for dialogue, by comparison. Due to different drivers used, responsible for different frequency ranges, is why the bar is boomier out of the box, and lacks nuance in the higher frequency range (ambience [wind, birds, trees rustling], score [violins, flutes, etc]), which is why Treble & Bass should be adjusted to achieve a more accurate/neutral mix. One major caveat--for me--is that turning off the Mic on the soundbar triggers (since I have no need for Alexa, or SpaceFit feature) a bright, distracting, and mandatory red LED light that does not turn off. Extremely annoying for me, and I almost feel like this was intentional from Samsung to discourage owners of this system from turning off the Mic. I don't need gimmicky features when I can perform my own calibrations, and I don't appreciate this insistence on spying on your consumers for the sake of data harvesting. Samsung, please allow us to turn off the mic on the soundbar without the need for an unavoidable, distracting red LED light popping up. I'm sure this can be done via firmware update.

I love it and I haven't stopped using it since I bought it. It sounds great. I love watching action movies the sound is fantastic

Bigger sound than I was expecting! I had a full blown surround sound with a receiver, multiple subs, tower speakers, upward firing Atmos speakers, the whole nine. So going to a sound bar system I was a bit weary about the change. I have vaulted ceilings and this system still filled the room with sound. The placement of the sub will be key to making this system boom. I set it right behind me for awesome sounds! I would definitely recommend the 900 series line of these sound bars!

I love this Samsung soundbar and the wireless speakers! The sound is crystal clear at all volume levels. The subwoofer is excellent. This was a no-brainer upgrade from our old Yamaha system. Joe the salesperson, was very knowledgeable and helpful as he showed me many soundbars, TV mounting brackets and 75 inch Samsung QLED TVs, all which I purchased over the next 2 weeks. Simply said this was a huge improvement for us!

After looking around awhile and reading books worth of reviews and different setups i came across this setup. First off, love the build, sturdy and great size speakers, bar and sub. For as compact as they are the sound is huge. As an audiophile i strive for the best sound and this surround sound setup delivers. Atoms worthy, every movie is like being in a movie theater, music sounds like you are at the concert, its truly amazing. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I wanted to spend only $500 but came across this one. That was a little bit more expensive. At the end comparing this one to the other ones, I couldn’t stop myself from buying this one. I have a LG TV and tried a LG sound bar but it was not the same. Audio was horrible and just wasn’t what I expected. Even though I have an LG TV I still decided to go with the Samsung one. No regrets
