A: The surround speakers directly connect to the system wirelessly, no rear receiver. But you need a power outlet within about 4 feet of each surround speaker as they only have power cords, no speaker wires.
A: Yes an HDMI cable of about 5 ft. Length is included with the system. It connects between the sound bar and the eARC HDMI input on your tv.
Q: do the rear speakers have wall mounting holes, to attach a wall mount bracket to?
A: Yes. 1/4-20 thread insert in the back.
A: I couldn’t imagine why it wouldn’t since Samsung products work well together but you haven’t really elaborated what you’re trying to do. In order to use it for watching movies and such you’d have to connect an HDMI cord from the source (Bluray/4K player, game console, etc) into the labeled HDMI port on the sound bar (for audio) then run a second HDMI cable from the ARC HDMI port on sound bar to the TV (for video). Both the audio and video will run to your TV but I usually turn the TV volume all the way down and listen exclusively on the sound bar. hope that helps.
Q: Does the HDMI input to output allow 4k at 120hz to pass through?
A: You will not get 4k 120fps if you plug your device (PS5 for example) into the HDMI port on the sound bar. As a workaround, if your TV has earc, you could plug your console to the tv and the soundbar to the earc port on your tv and get everything to work as it should.
A: Hello! I have the QN95B with eARC on Port 3. The soundbar is default when the TV is turned on when connected to that port. Selecting the quick settings menu on the remote, you can toggle the different sound profiles.
