Seamless integration with our Samsung S95B tv. Sound processor works well in defining voices. Is able to work with the tv speakers when desired too, just an option change in the setup on the tv.

The 2 side firing speakers produces a wider sound stage. The bass is pretty loud. Very immersive when watching movies in Dolby Atmos and also great for music.

I originally at the q900 with extra rear spears purchased. But this thing blows that one out of the water! I thought someone was at my door at one point the sound was so good! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Atmos effects are pretty good for up firing speakers. This system is great for movies and shows with clear dialogue. Music bass is little lacking but still good for a sound bar system with sub.

Its a very large area and never get near half on volume. The subwoofer puts out alot more bass than I expected for a single unit. Love this setup! Also, extremely easy to setup and tune.

Thank you for sharing your experiences with the HW-Q930B Soundbar. I am sorry to see that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
First, make sure that you are using a HDMI cable to connect your TV to your new HW-Q930B Soundbar. As this will give you the best audio and user experience.
You can manually optimize your audio experience by pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (which looks like a gear), you can set the audio function such as Spacefit sound, AVA, Voice Enhance mode, or Night mode.
To control the volume of the treble or bass sound, press the TONE CONTROL button, and then adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
By pressing the SOUND MODE button, you can select a pre-equalized audio mode such as Surround, Game, Standard, Adaptive sound.
If you would rather fine-tune your audio manually, press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.)
To control the volume of each speaker, select Center level, Side level, Wide level, Front Top level, Rear level, and Rear top level in Sound Settings, and then adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
