To control the volume of the treble or bass sound, press the TONE CONTROL button, and then adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
By pressing the SOUND MODE button, you can select a pre-equalized audio mode such as Surround, Game, Standard, Adaptive sound.
If you would rather fine-tune your audio manually, press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.)
You can control the volume of each speaker by pressing the CH LEVEL button on your provided Soundbar remote. Pleasantly suprised full sound. I had to increase the rears considerably to achieve the balance I wanted as well as rhe sub. Overall a strong A-

The condition was not as advertised, but bestbuy revised the condition and price afterwards. The first unit i recieved had a dead sub, but they had another open box item to replace my set with.

The rear speakers have atmos as well. Every now and then I have issues with my LG C1 TV when it comes to HDMI eARC, however that must be an issue with the TV since I never had issues with my old sound bar.

Items had deep scratches and had to ask multiple times for all of the pieces. First it was the back speakers then it was the remote. Items looked heavily used and the lack of a box and even bags to put in the items was deeply frustrating. Took the speakers home only for them to not work. I returned them. The option to buy items open box and have them categorized as excellent only for them to receive them in this manner is disheartening.

The audio constantly drops and skips -think once every minute - when plug in through ARC, sure I can can use a different port to play audio, but the I wouldnt needed a $1399 sound system.. For other models a software update has been a claimed fix but I cannot find a more up to date package than what is already installed. Too bad I pushed my luck and I am no longer in the return window.

Thank you for sharing your review for the HW-Q930B Soundbar. I am sorry to see that you have experienced this issue with your connection.
Please be sure you are using a high-speed HDMI cable with Ethernet Channel (sometimes called HDMI HEC cable).
Additionally be sure to enable HDMI-eARC in the Expert Settings menu.
Lastly, please also verify that you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If you are still experiencing this issue with your soundbar after doing the above steps, try doing a soft reset. Unplug the power cord of your Soundbar for roughly 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
If this does not fix your issue, try doing a hard reset. With the Soundbar on, press the volume + & - buttons on the body at the same time for at least 5 seconds. “INIT” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset.

Best Soundbar and woofer

A little more on the expensive side but worth every penny. Bass is deep and punchy. Highs are great and the rear speakers are amazingly immersive.

If you want to fine-tune your new soundbar, use the CH LEVEL button. By pressing the button, you can adjust the volume of the each speaker such as Center level, Side level, Wide level, Front Top level, Rear level, and Rear top level.
Additionally, press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.)

You can manually optimize your audio experience by pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (which looks like a gear), you can set the audio function such as Spacefit sound, AVA, Voice Enhance mode, Night mode, Sync, Surround speaker mode, and Virtual. The desired item can be selected using the Up/Down buttons.

There are a few ways you can increase the amount of bass that your subwoofer is producing. Always make sure that your subwoofer has a solid blue LED light and is producing bass.
On your soundbar remote, if you push UP/DOWN on the WOOFER button you will adjust the bass between -12 and -6 to +6. Pressing the button IN will put the subwoofer levels back to the default level of 0.
Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.)
You can also enable SpaceFit Sound+, this will automatically analyze your room and then calibrate the upper range tones to best fill your space.
To enable SpaceFit Sound+ use the soundbar remote
Press the SOUND CONTROL button (which looks like a gear) until you see Spacefit Sound OFF
Press the UP button and you will see SPACEFIT SOUND ON

Depending on which model TV you have, I would suggest using the provided HDMI cable to connect the eARC port from the soundbar to the eARC/TV ARC port of your TV.
There might be some settings you need to change within your TV so check your owner's manual for eARC or Dolby Atmos settings.
