I stumbled on this soundbar when my son was playing with the demo in the store. He cranked it up really loud and I walked to him to turn it down. When I got in the sound field, it was spectacular and I knew this was the one for me.

This one was a floor model that I brought which didn't work correctly but I bought an older model on eBay of the exact same thing and I freaking love it it's an amazing sound bar I'm pretty sure this one's the same just newer I highly recommend this 9.1.4 soundbar

Sounds amazing…usually. I have been using this with my PS5 and for some reason, when I play high action competitive games, the sound will sometimes start skipping, requiring me to reset the sound bar! Must be something I’m missing… but haven’t figured it out yet.

This surround sound system is great. I love it. It has the lows you want & the highs also. I would highly recommend it to EVERYONE that has a Samsung Q TV. The Q-Symphony is INCREDIBLE!!

Great sound and subwoofer i can really feel the bass

When properly setup and synced this sounds amazing, especially with q symphony integrated with my Samsung tv. Had the q990b as well and you literally can't tell the difference. They're both fantastic. Had some trouble getting rears and sub to connect at first, easily fixed with a reset. There was an audio delay with atmos on my Xbox but some claim this is an Xbox problem so I'm not sure who to blame. Ultimately I was able to remedy the delay by changing the TV sound settings. Additionally, the q symphony wasn't synced with the bar at first and it was very noticeable. Was also able to get this fixed by messing with settings in all three components, TV, Xbox, and sound bar. Not sure what eventually fixed it but it's perfect now. Make me a bit nervous that I'll be dealing with these issues in the future but it's been perfect since then and the sound really is fantastic. Great surround effects. Sound location instantly identifiable but not isolated, as in it provides more of a beautiful dome sound effect. Plenty of bass with the sub settings turned up. Bass hint for those really looking for huge bass: turning all channels to -6 will allow you to turn the volume up and push more bass at the same volume as before. Myself I have bass enhancement on but with the above trick it's a little much so I have my channel settings at normal lol. Setting up the system is straightforward and very quick and easy mechanically, just the setting issues above that were a minor problem. Using the bar display to change settings is a real pain so def get the app, it's great and easy to use but know that Samsung will really push the data collection stuff. All in all this is the best system available at it's current price imo. Amazing sound alone and integrating your TV speakers with q symphony really adds another layer to the soundstage but you need a Samsung tv. Can also currently get a free gift card if you order online and ship or store pickup. I recommend.

Snagged it on sale for $999 and was worth it. Huge upgrade over our 2017 HW-KM57C/ZA 5.1 channel setup when watching movies with an Atmos source. It really brings the movie theater experience home and can crank way louder than most people are comfortable with. Active Space Fit+ feature calibrates it to your room. The sub absolutely rattles the windows. It won't sound hugely better than a decent 5.1 setup with regular TV watching, you need to make sure you're feeding it Atmos content and then crank it up. Paired this with an LG 65" C1 for Dolby Vision HDR and it's an amazing pairing for home movie enjoyment.
