Just pushes stuff around on tile and has a brush roll malfunction on our very low pile rugs (from ruggable). Customer service refused to take it back a few days past return window which is how long it took us to realize this was garbage.

Not Built to Last

Just two weeks after the warranty expires, the vacuum completely stopped working with no warning. I tried all the troubleshooting guides provided by Samsung to no avail. When I looked into getting service done, the standard fee was almost as much as I spent on the vacuum itself! Save yourself some time and money by buying a different cordless vacuum, like a Dyson. Otherwise, make sure you buy the extended warranty.

They do give you an extra battery, but I rarely need to use it, even when I am cleaning all 3 floors of my house. It can clean almost every surface. There are no bags to buy, because everything ends up in a clear cylinder that is easily removed and emptied. The main thing that I like about this vacuum is it is more powerful than most of the electrical units that I have used. Although it comes with a few attachments, the swivel head of the main vacuum almost eliminates the need for the attachments. I would recommend this vacuum to everyone..
