The service was ok at Best Buy. The associates are often pre occupied with personal conversation but the product is good.

I got this for my son, and he loves it. Samsung is a top brand that we purchase often, and this one has a nice processor.

This tablet is prefect for my boys because they are usually dropping things and have broken other tablets before. So this one has been very durable so far.

We bought 3 but have had trouble with 2 already. I took the first one back and they were able to reset it and we started it over and its been fine, but then a second one did the same thing. I will take it back to the store when I go back to town, with the hopes that they can reset it as well. The kids love them, but trouble with 2 out of 3 in the first 17 days of use is not very good.

I mostly use the tablet as E-Reader. Works great. I had originally purchased a case with keyboard, but I returned it.

I got this tablet as a gift for my nephew and so far he's had no complaints, I have no complaints about the price.
