Coming from a builders grade dishwasher to this one was like coming from an old beat up car to a Cadillac for me. I had no idea honestly that these can be this quiet!! Only con I see so far is it has a funky smell at first several loads. I'm hoping this will go away soon. Overall, I'm one happy customer.

First, this dishwasher is an 1/2 inch taller than our previous dishwasher, so installation was a challenge. We feel that this dishwasher does not clean as well as the old Kenmore unit did. Spots are left on glassware, etc., it just seems that the final rinse is not sufficient.

Brand new, this thing was a beauty and it was super quiet. After about a year, I started having multiple issues with it, mainly with it just stopping mid-cycle and giving me an 'LC' error. I kid you not, I had over 6 service visits over the course of 3 months and each time someone would "fix" the issue, but the problem would resurface a few days after. Scheduling appointments were difficult because technicians would only be available 10-14 days out. Imagine going through a period where the dishwasher would be working only 6 days out of a month for a several months... that's what I went through. It took me several attempts to get a replacement unit from Best Buy, but finally after my 3rd attempt, they finally agreed to replace the unit. YMMV, but for me, it's a HUGH thumbs down.

I love love love that it's a quiet dishwasher!! The thing that irritates me is that i cannot place cooking spatulas, long knives, and large pots and pans because they'll be on the way of the sprinkler.

First thing I noticed about this dishwasher is that it is quiet! Can hardly tell that it's running unless you look right at it and notice the blue glow at the handle. Samsung did a great job thinking outside the box and getting away from the spinning water sprayer on the bottom. The sliding bar insures equal water is sprayed on everything inside so nothing is missed. Highly recommend.
