Q: Do Samsung dishwashers come with a heating element at the bottom of the dishwasher to dry the dishes?

A: The water heater is not in the tub. The water heats up HOT and the dishes comes out spotless. I like not having the element in the tub because it won't melt the plastic things

Q: Noise Control. What is the db of this unit?

A: I’m not sure about the dB. But it’s so quiet we were almost going to open to check after it started. Then I heard a slight water noise then I did not open. Each wash takes about 2 hours and 45 minutes, then the door will open slightly after done.
