Never Again a Samsung for me

And, it's on back order so I have to wait a month before they can replace it (two service calls didn't fix it). A total inconvenience in spite of Geek Squad's best efforts. In my opinion, appliance manufacturers build to fail so they can sell us new units far too soon. No appliance should need a service call this soon after purchase; they should last for ten years or more!!!! My Bosch lasted 21 years and will be what I go back to when the time comes.

Got this installed by Best Buy professionally. Got the error fixed and now the dishwasher not running its cycles and getting stuck. Not draining water either. Had Samsung Technician come in and he said the newer technology is not worth it and will always give issues.
