But then I started getting error codes that the water was not draining. I contacted Best Buy but since I didn’t purchase the warranty they weren’t able to help. I contacted Samsung and they keep telling me my serial code doesn’t exist. I spent an hour on the phone with them to get a work around. Hopefully the tech can fix this.

Just a tip the drain pipe should be pitched up so water can not flow back into the dishwasher. I wish there was a led display in the front but i recommend buying this to everyone.

HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!

Had install of dishwasher on the 24th. Ran for one cycle and right away a problem. Kept flashing LC error code, to wit I’ve now found out a number of people have complained about on here in reviews. I pride myself on doing in-depth research on products I buy, especially expensive ones. However, having never had any issues with Samsung products in the past, I trusted the name and didn’t bother doing my research. As it turns out, the LC code pops up when moisture/water is sensed in a bottom reservoir in the dishwasher. This piece of garbage couldn’t even make it to its second load before breaking down. This is a new low for product manufacturing. Now I’ll have to fight to get my money back, plus what I had to pay out of my pocket to have it installed. Like I said, stay away at all costs, and read other reviews. This thing has a huge design flaw and Samsung knows it, but they keep selling them regardless.

We have been so impressed with how quiet the dishwasher is when it is running, and love the fact that the door pops open during the drying cycle to let the outside air help with the process. The top rack has a small shelf that can be removed, and we love that our large tumblers fit perfectly without laying them down.
