This dishwasher does not wash dishes effectively. Sure, it gets stuck-on food off of a casserole dish on the bottom shelf, but that's worthless when it leaves coffee grinds in a cup on the top shelf. Every time I empty the dishwasher at least 3-4 items go right back in to be washed again. Additionally, even with rinse aid the dishes are always still dripping wet when the cycle finishes. Wish I could return this and get a cheaper one.

Very versatile racks that can accommodate various size/shape of items. Very important to get it installed level to avoid door leaks

Do keep in mind that this one does not have a heating element on like traditional, it instead opens the door for the last 10 minutes of its cycle and allows the heat and moisture to dissipate that way. This can be beneficial if you have ever had anything melt or distort due to a heating element though.
