Lovely features but unreliable and poor service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My $1,000 (including installation) dishwasher is broken not even four months after installation, and what's worse, Samsung is refusing to send a repair person without me jumping through lots of time-wasting hoops. I bought this dishwasher from Best Buy along with included installation and a service contract. It worked great for two months before failing. Now, it spits bits of plastic into the drain and makes a grinding noise. Samsung "customer service" has been worthless. Getting a repair authorized has not happened despite weeks and weeks of calls. They literally leave a voicemail and "close your ticket" while providing a link to an FAQ. The washer has lots of features but clearly has a common problem with failing in this way, judging from other reviews. Samsung isn't standing behind the product and is making it hard to get repairs. If you like hours and hours of wasted time, this machine is for you! Now I am nervous, because I also bought a Samsung range, microwave with vent fan, fridge, washer and dryer. If any of them fail and I have to go through this ordeal again, I'm really going to be unhappy. Steer clear of this unit. When it breaks (and it seems to do so commonly, based on reviews and consumer org ratings) Samsung doesn't stand behind it with prompt repair service.

It works well and cleans dishes as advertised so far. But I wish I chose a different dishwasher, as it damaged my kitchen design.

However, we have found that this one pops open during drying to keep steam issues to a minimum. Nice touch.

Looks amazing with the buttons hidden on top and the blue light when it’s on. But some of my dishes just aren’t coming out that clean. I haven’t put rinse aid in it yet so that could be it. But if it’s not, then I might look at getting a different one.

Can't fit some of my cookie sheets etc. Works great just missing about an inch of clearance my old one had
