Paid for installation but crew that arrived did not install after I paid for installation. Very disappointed and will end up installing myself. Not sure how well this unit will perform. I am hoping as well as my current unit.

This machine looks very, very nice and there's a lot of nice reviews, which we read, before buying it. Unfortunately it has not worked properly since we bought it. It shuts off intermittently throughout the entire wash cycle. We're beginning to think we have a lemon. We had a Samsung tech out to our house and he replaced the processor. Also told us it was too close to one side of the cabinet and possible vibration was causing it to kick-off. (Really?) So we called a carpenter to shave off an entire side of our cabinet to make more room for the washer. The problem still exists! We have called Samsung again and they say they will send someone else out to look at our machine...again. So here we sit, having paid a lot of money for a machine that kicks off. At this point we would just as soon get rid of it. We bought this at BEST BUY because we figured they must do a lot of back ground checking for good products but we're just not there with Samsung Dishwashers. And we're stuck. Someone pls help us !

This is a great dishwasher it has amazing features and the buttons on the top are amazing this was the main reason for purchasing this model.

I bought all Samsung matching appliances in black stainless steel. I only Shop at Best Buy. They have the best products in stock and best prices.

The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because it is very quiet and does wash well when working correctly. We purchased this product less than a year ago. Ever since we have bought it we have experienced error codes and leaking through the front! Yes the dishwasher is level. If even the slightest push on the door like a pan handle it will leak. It is very finnicky and frustrating! We have tried everything and am finally sick of it. We have no idea what else to do. We are absolutely willing to go back to basic dishwasher unless something miraculously changes with this one.

Have to use heavy setting to really actually see clean your dishes. It does have a sanitize option which is neat. 3 stars cuz it wasn’t cleaning well at first had to get geek squad to fix it

Don't buy this unit. Since purchasing this unit in February, I've had to have geek squad come out twice now to RMA pats in this dishwasher. What happens is that there's a leak sensor in the bottom that will run a drain cycle in the event of a leak. However, there's an issue where water/condensation will accumulate on the sensor and will stop the cycle half-way through. For a $1000 washer, definitely not worth it. Apparently, this is a known issue that plagues these dishwashers.

This dishwasher is everything we wanted. A bit pricey but well worth the expense as it is quiet and cleans dishes effectively.

I replace my Bosch dishwasher with the Samsung waterwall dishwasher Model:DW80M9550UG when we remodeled our kitchen. I went with the more expensive waterwall because I believed it would do as good if not better job of cleaning my dishes. I was wrong, with this machine I pretty much have to pre wash all my dishes before placing them into this dishwasher. It is very quiet and plays a nice little tune when its done. As for cleaning dishes it doesn't.

Beautiful inside and out. Tons of room and is so quiet , programmable and when it’s finished it pops its self open. Brilliant

love it - fellas that came to install this and my microwave were extremely professional, nice, cleanly and I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Not the exact model I had wanted and am curious about the power wash feature, so this could change in time if issues arise, so far no news.

It’s one of a great ones. I love this Samsung dishwasher machine. In general I love Samsung brand.

Works great and is very quiet. We have used this dishwasher about one month with no problems and the dishes come out wonderful.
