I could not install it till Jan 12th for some reasons and it was sitting in my garage in the original package. When i opened i to be installed, it had rust all over the front steel panel. When i called best buy, they asked to call samsung as product was bought long back (more than 45 days). Samsung sent a technician to check came to the conclusion that 'Physical damages, like rusting' is NOT covered under their warranty!! even i opened a new package and dishwasher is not looking like new, Samsung refused to do anything with it!! I will never recommend this product any other by samsung, to anyone i know.

Washes good, doesn’t dry
