The color is awesome and the water wall is a cool feature

I feel like the amount of time that it takes is unreasonable and then my dishes are not always that clean.

I really wanted to give it some time before writing my review. I wanted to make sure that I was as honest as possible and able to give good feedback. I have had this Samsung Waterwall dishwasher now for a few weeks. I am loving it!! It is a very beautiful dishwasher that adds a nice elegance to my kitchen. I love the stainless steel look. (I am still learning how to clean it though) The cleaning can be quite tedious so that it looks pristine, but once cleaned it is beautiful! I love the blue light that shows on the handle so that I know that the dishwasher is currently in use. It turns off when finished with the washing of dishes. The control panel is located on top of the dishwasher which is really nice. I don't have to look at the buttons on the front which adds to the beauty. Each button works and responds well to my commands. I love how it has a countdown clock to let me know how much longer the dishwasher is going to run. The dishwasher has an auto open feature which I am sure is very nice. (I have been unable to utilize that feature because the till comes down on my countertop a little too low which does not allow the door to easily open. I just need to file down the tile and it should work good.) The inside of the dishwasher is very pretty too. It does a fantastic job cleaning my dishes. I am very impressed at how they come out. The glasses are clean without any film residue on them. It dries my dishes well too. I did find that I have to use the sanitize button to ensure that they are thoroughly dry. (my water does not always run very hot) WIth the adjustable shelves, it really helps so that I can get larger dishes in there. Its very easy to adjust with a couple of handles. The drawers slide easily in and out. I think the only complaint I would have with this is that sometimes, the bottom drawer will get off track and I have to readjust it. I feel like there should be deeper grooves to hold the wheels on the track. This is something that I can live with though since I love how the dishwasher performs. It is very quiet. I almost can't hear it so I find myself relying on the blue light on the outside of the dishwasher to tell me if it's running. Overall, this is a very nice dishwasher that runs efficiently, cleans well and dries my dishes very well. It is a very easy dishwasher to learn how to use and my whole family loves it. It's really nice and I would recommend this Samsung Waterwall dishwasher to anyone needing a new one.

This is supposedly a premium product that malfunctioned for the whole time I have owned it. Samsung provided the worst support imaginable. Today it has malfunctioned for the last time. I am throwing a $1000.00 samsung dishwasher and buying a $300 whirlpool. The last cheap washer I had lasted 15 years. Learn from my mistake. Everyone warned me that Samsung made really bad appliances, I wish I had heeded the warnings.

The stainless steel was stained in some areas, especially where the infomration label was located

If I miss anything when I scrub off my dishes it seems to miss it too and it takes forever.

Unable to review the product , the dishwasher does not fit so I have to exchange it

Dishwasher is good before some problem but now is batter and no noise great

The top rack is cheap and flimsy and sways drastically from side to side. If feel like it's going to snap off when you pull it out. The lower tine positions make absolutely no sense. You cannot even fit a dinner plate and bowl next to each other. The front "handle" area is very weak and flexes outward when you open the door. It then makes clicking noises as the inside parts you pulled away try to pop back into place. We have to open it by pulling on both sides out of fear of pulling the entire front panel off. It does not clean well at all. There are always food particles left on the clean dishes, even after running on the "heavy" cycle. Cleans nowhere near as well as my 20 year old Kenmore, which I replaced with this piece of cr*p just so it would match my other new Samsung appliances. Biggest mistake ever.
