Bought this dishwasher at a Best Buy Outlet for a good price. Brand new. Today will be 34 days since it has been installed, but it stopped working 5 days ago. Tried to see what was wrong with it myself, but to no avail. Did not buy the service plan with it from Best Buy bc it has a 1 yr manufacturer warranty with it, and Samsung products are usually pretty good (also have one of their refrigerators), but apparently not this one. Called Best Buy first since it has been such a short period of time, but surprisingly (or not) they said I have to call the manufacturer. Not even a 90 service warranty by them Wow. So now I am off to call Samsung.

It cleans dishes but very difficult to load. Unless you have tiny dishes

The worst machine I ever bought. It was supposed to be silent. It was for for three months but then...it had to be repaired three times by two Samsung technicians. The worst problem is that these machines have a defective design: they have sensors at the bottom of the machine. They confuse wetness with a leak and lock the dishwasher for about 3-4 days. Recently, it locked itself for over a week. Best Buy extended warranty has not been efficient. We have living without a dishwasher for 2 months while Sears tries to figure out how to fix it. I am very disappointed and looking for a Better place to buy my appliances.

Let me start off by saying I love Samsung products. That being said... This is the WORST dishwasher I've ever owned. The whole Waterwall thing is hogwash- or rather it would be if this dishwasher ever washed anything. The top rack works fine. The bottom rack is useless. I have to hand wash everything that goes in the bottom. I rarely put anything in there anymore. Samsung came out 3 times and finally told me it was a "loading" problem. They were actually annoyed I called them the 3rd time. I've loaded that thing 6 ways from Sunday and nothing works. I give up. If I could take it back I would but how do you return a dishwasher? So disappointed. I can't wait for this thing to break so I can justify buying a new one. NOT a Waterwall model.

Less than one month after purchase this dishwasher was broken. It had to be replaced, but no replacement were available for six to eight months. I traded for a LG and have been happy since.

It worked great for a year, but the tub started leaking not long after the warranty expired. The cost of fixing it was close to the cost of a new unit.

Inside racks are terrible. Doesn’t hold plates upright. They flop over due to Width of prongs That cannot be adjusted. Inside seems really small too. Have to run it more often bc not many glasses and dishes fit My old dishwasher seemed to fit a ton more dishes and did a better job. Wish I had it back but lost it in a house fire and can’t remember the brand. Definitely not a Samsung. Would not buy Samsung again. Doesn’t clean dishes as well as it should. Don’t know why. We used every dish detergent, rinse agent and still can’t seem to get dishes to sparkle clean.

It worked we think in the beginning before we realised the cycles were never complete. Very few times did we hear the chimes at the end coupled with the door open for drying. Now it runs for maybe 30 seconds to 10 minutes and shuts off. Seems alot of people having similiar issues with this dishwasher. Will talk to support and see what resolution can come of it but so far a 900 dollar dishwasher that doesnt work is a giant disappointment. Hopefully bestbuy or samsung can resolve the issue so i can update this review.

Samsung appliances are terrible. We have had our refrigerator repaired 4 times, our oven and dishwasher went down the week of Thanksgiving. The repair company, not geek squad, did not show up or call for the oven, however I have to say the Geek squad repairman for the dishwasher was very pleasant and apologetic, but our 2 year old dishwasher was not repairable for a reasonable cost so it was junked. We choose a different brand this time!

Not very happy with Samsung products as my dishwasher broke after only two years however having a set I had to replace it with Sam song would not buy Samsung again

Don’t buy this dishwasher. As a matter of fact I wouldn’t purchase any Samsung appliances. This dishwasher has constant draining issues and the overly complexed rails that are supposed to keep the dishes upright and straight are exactly what I said….overly complexed. They break very easily resulting in the dishes not being held up right that leads to poor cleaning.

Had it now for 2 years and keep getting an LC code. I googled to see how to reset it. You have to pull the whole dishwasher out and unplug the unit to reset! This leak is a leak sensor - but there are no leaks!!! Horrible to have to pull out the whole unit each time to get it reset. Will NEVER purchase Samsung appliances again!!!

Like so many others I’m getting the Leak Check code issue. Just got the 1st and hoping my geek squad protection comes through.

This dishwasher has had problems from the start. The first one threw the leakage code error (even though there were no leaks). The replacement has quit drying & won’t complete the wash cycle.

I assumed a $900 machine would have worked a tad better. It have never functioned correctly.

Had it now for 2 years of light use (only me and the wife at home), and am now getting LC code. I got this code about 3 weeks ago, but researched on line and found out how to reset it. This leak is a leak sensor - but there are no leaks!!! Now code will not reset, and dishwasher is useless. Will not buy their garbage again...

Worst dishwasher multiple reasons. Half the loads you do it will stop half way through and youlll think you have a dishwasher full of clean dishes, but they’re barely halfway rinsed. The dishwasher smells AWFUL. All the time, and no it’s not our fault, our old 90s dishwasher got the dishes way cleaner and never smelled so bad. This is awful.

Got a defective item and got that replaced. Hope it works fine.
