We've had samsung out to service our dishwasher 4 times in as many months. The dishwasher keeps leaking through the door seal. They've replaced the door seal 2 times and the pump once. This thing is junk. We currently have a claim into samsung for damage to our hardwood floors from the faulty dishwasher. Stay away.

This is an awful dishwasher. Our first one leaked and they brought another one. It doesn't clean well and leaves a nasty film with every load. They also didn't want to take it back. They took the one that leaked back, but avoided my calls when I tried to get them to fix the other one.

I had to have this dishwasher replaced with a new unit because the LC error code would not turn off. The bottom basin would also fill up with water and pour all over my floor. The only way to stop it was to turn off at the electrical breaker. The replacement unit did the exact same thing!!!!

Garbage, stay away from Samsung appliances at all cost, this thing never worked, had service come out 6 times and they never got it working, what a complete waist of money

We may to return this dishwasher. How disappointing. The dishwasher is noisier than our OLD Samsung dishwasher that was four years old, much quieter and recently failed. This waterwall dishwasher sounds like a OLD washing machine making very loud sloshing noises..... constantly.....

Has never gotten our dishes clean. We have to resart it all the time. Leaks off and on for no apparent reason. We have replaced it and its only 1 1/2 years old

We have had several problems with this dishwasher. Motor was replaced. Dishwasher does not complete cycle. Doesn’t matter which cycle, dishwasher will not finish. No error code is given. Replaced the motherboard and it still does not work.

The first dishwasher had to be replaced after less than a week. The service repair person discovered a corroded coupling inside the machine. He indicated that it was this way at the point of assembly. The new replacement has worked flawlessly over the past month.

We had less than a year and bar broke in the bottom. Always smells awful and cleans poorly. Of course we did not get around to contacting them until after the years warranty was up :) Save yourself the disappointment.

It broke within two days of purchasing it. The issue I had was the washer would stop running a few minutes into the drying phase. I tried doing the extra dry method, same problem. I tried the regular drying option, same issue.

If I didn’t pay someone to install it, I would ha e returned it. This dishwasher does not have a heating element so it doesn’t dry dishes, something I never thought to look for. Assumed all dishwashers fried dishes.

The racks are very cheaply made and it is hard to load dishes properly. I liked my kitchen aide much better. Also, after 4 months it stopped draining and I had to call the service department.

This is an excellent, extremely quiet, dishwasher. It is roomy. The stands to hold dishes are not as sturdy as kitchen aid. I bought this unseen because I got a discount for buying 4 samsung items. It cleans well. I just wish it would dry the dishes like my old ge did. The third rack is not the one that comes out the top. It is a fold down rack that hinders the height of glasses. They have lots of options for fitting dishes, pans, cookie jars, in. The buttons are on top. I do not like that becuase you cant see what you are pressing and my fingers are to fat. I am a girl, so a man may not like this. The blue light shining on is cool. It has a countdown to let you know when it is done. That is the only way you know if this is running. It is extremely quiet. It plays a nice tune when it is done.

I would definitely not recommend this product. Had 3 differant ones...all of them leaked. Samsung ended up having Best Buy return it and let us reselect.

This thing is horrible at washing dishes and, has never had a clean load. So sad I missed return date. The only good thing is door popping open.

My dishwasher drainage discharge is connected to the garbage disposal. It kept back flow into the dishwasher to make the standing water in the dishwasher.

nothing but problems since we bought this expensive unit. leaks water from who knows were.

It's been locked since it was delivered. Called store and waiting for technicians to come out to check it.
