Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The dishwasher doesn’t remove ANY food particles and I have to literally prewash everything by hand before running it through..even simple things that I can easily smudge off after dishes are supposedly clean! Had a repair person out and they said it passed all the tests but then said they have gotten a lot of calls of this particular dishwasher. My 10+ year old dishwasher that was half the price did a better job than this one hands down! Now I’m stuck with a lemon until I buy a new one...likely not a Samsung!

Horrible Product

The motor for the power wall failed, the pump failed, the motherboard kept giving errors. I really hope they plan to replace this thing. Samsung should really stick to just phones. I will never purchase another Samsung appliance. Next time I'll stick with companies that ONLY produce dishwashers. I'm so glad I got the protection plan or I would be screwed!

This one seemed to have a consistently high rating, even though I was warned that this product had issues. After less than 3 weeks, the auto door release stopped working, the setting codes are erroneous and cannot be accurately set, after completing a wash cycle it does not cut off but resets to another "normal" cycle, and it will take a week for the Geek Squad to come out to hopefully repair it. But, it is quiet.

Samsung tech service wanted $350 to fix it since it was out of warranty (I declined repair). The normal cycle doesn't dry the dishes. The "extra dry" setting is a joke. Samsung may make good TVs, but don't bother with their terrible appliances. (my samsung refrigerator is just as bad too).

Day 3 with error - won't shut off being taken out

No - they are coming to take it out and replace it. Last Samsung junk I am ever going to buy.

Called Samsung and they sent 4 technicians out (none of which could fix it and one came after the informed time and stayed till after 9 at night). Then they started the process for replacing it which has taken over a month and we are still waiting ... Probably will never buy anything Samsung again ... and I used to like them. :-/

I have to wash dishes by hand . It doesn’t even dry well . It is quiet probably because it’s doing nothing ! Bosch just as quiet and washes much better
