The machine does a great job washing dishes. I gave 4 stars bc I had to take it back out after the first couple weeks and fix it. It had a error code “LC”.

To be silent was important to me and so far it is! Nice!

Dishwasher is so very quiet and does a fabulous job cleaning. Love the top side flat rack to place small utensils on or baby bottle nipples. Cleans them without destroying their shape. Great appliance.

Looks great . Easy to install but different water hookup than my 1.5 year old Samsung was. Needed a 90’ adapter that should come with the unit .

Cleans well, easy to use. Can adjust almost all the areas.

The dishes come out exceptionally clean. The racks are somewhat 'flimsy" and gives you the feeling that they will collapse in short order.

I do not have to run a delay wash for the noise level. Cleans well

Extremely quiet during wash cycle. Racks function well to facilitate loading and unloading. So easy to wipe clean and fingerprints resistant finish is thing of beauty.

The dishwasher is very quiet. The dishes do not have water spots and the pop open door is a great feature.

I love my Samsung dishwasher. It is quiet, cleans my dishes and the door automatically props open at the end of the cycle to let the dishes airdry. It is awesome!

Love the multiple top rack levels, and the rack spacers on the bottom. This dishwasher is so quiet. Everything is clean and dry when it comes out. Very happy with this Dishwasher.

This dishwasher is really quiet and I love that it opens after it's done washing. No more wondering if the dishwasher has been turned on. If the door's open, the dishes are clean.

Thus thing is a big step up from what my house came with. I'm a Samsung fan so I had to get it and it didn't disappoint. Lots of room and cleans wayyyy better then my old 1.

We purchased all new Samsung appliances for our kitchen. The first Waterfall Dishwasher leaked immediately after it was installed. We purchased a second Waterfall dishwasher and it did not leak after installation but leaked all over my hardwood floor the first time I ran the dishwasher! Ordered the upgraded Waterfall model for a 3RD TIME and guess what? It leaked immediately after it was installed! So disappointed and frustrated. We have now had to purchase a completely different brand dishwasher because I will NOT go through this a 4th time! Hoping the Kitchenaid we purchased is as good as the reviews say it is and that it matches our other black stainless steel appliances! We are going on 6 weeks without a dishwasher and I am at my wits end!

Good looking dishwasher, but I really struggle with the logic of how to place items in it. It includes a handy little removable rack that teeters on the edge of the top rack. It is really good for holding spatulas, but it takes awkward moves to be able to access the space underneath it, Glasses are difficult to place securely. The dry cycle: Yes, I understand that air drying is the most sanitary way to dry, but I really do not like that the dishwasher opens itself up and hot steamy vapor is getting all over everything near the dishwasher. I usually only write reviews for products that I like and I usually like everything that I have purchased from Best Buy, but I cannot say many good things about this dishwasher besides it being pretty and that it does clean the dishes.
