It is light weight, fast, easy to use, enjoy that it is convertible and can be a tablet too.

Blazing fast, tons of memory and a great price. Looked at a lot of PCs and was impressed with the specs but never owned a Samsung product. I would recommend this PC to anybody.

Still learning all of the features and haven't quite been using Cortana to her potential probably. We are a Samsung family so this fits in perfectly

This laptop was on sale and I discovered that it was because it was actually a close out. I bought this on a Saturday and a newer version of this laptop was put out the next day, but not on sale. Of course, I know nothing about the current model's performance, but I saw it in the store and it's a little smaller and more lightweight. I can't say if I'd have paid more for a little smaller touchscreen since this is my first one. The price increased with the newer model and it wasn't on sale, so I guess I'm not too disappointed with that aspect. I've had it only a month and I'm enjoying it so far. It's about the same size and weight of my Windows 7 laptop that I replaced. This laptop starts up much faster, the battery lasts longer and it doesn't get nearly as warm as the one I replaced. The older one got borderline hot, so I really like this about my purchase. Until I've used it longer, I won't know if the faster startup and longer lasting battery are simply because it's new or if this will be the case for a long time. I certainly hope for the latter.

I was really worried at first. It took A LONG TIME to update the computer and all the systems. The updates kept hanging up and I had to restart multiple times. But, I finally prevailed by using the Windows troubleshooting tool. I will say this, if I didn't have intermediate level knowledge and skills with computers, it would have been returned. Once updated, it started having "black screen" issues, as well as, some of the icons on the bottom would not "respond" when you clicked them. But I worked through that. Last issue, before I purchased the laptop, I checked with BB to see if my Samsung 850 EVO SSD would fit it and they said it would. So, once the computer was updated, I cloned the HDD and installed the SSD. While installing the new SSD, I found the HDD ribbon was not "latched" into the motherboard as it should have been. That may have caused some of the issues, maybe not. But I just installed the SSD and latched it in. WOW... What a difference. If you purchase this laptop, consider purchasing the Samsung 850 EVO SSD, you will not regret it. It is amazing the difference. The boot time is seconds, literally... The speed that you can use the internet and different programs is just incredible. Here's a link to the SSD.. Oh, all the software you need (data migration and disk optimization tool) are provided by Samsung.. Takes about a total of an hour from start to finish. That includes installing the drive. The Samsung Note book 7 is a real laptop. Good computing power with long lasting battery. The exterior is nice and feels sturdy. The hardware is as fast as expected for the configurations. Good over all! Working fine with no glitches. I have some other opinions about the Win10 but Samsung has nothing to do with that.

I havent found anything that I don't love about my laptop, its is fast, lightwieght , easy to use , great picture, great sound, touchscreen, perfect size , plus a laptop and a tablet all in one .I would definitely recommend this to anyone of any age

I was looking for a laptop and it took me a long time to compare and make a final decision on this one. It handles multitasking easily and the processor is fast enough for me. The only issues I have with this laptop is the lack of an Ethernet port and the quality of the Bluetooth.

I was using a Surface 3 with 64G SSD but it could no longer handle Windows as the program has got so large. This is perfect with 12G RAM and 1T of hard drive. Exceptionally fast, light weight and the 14 inch is the perfect size for me.

Perfect size and weight to use at home or take with me on the plane.

I bought this laptop to use in college. I had a few big programs to load for school and am not one that likes to wait on technology to load. It is fast and responsive, holds and loads my programs quicker than most of my classmates. I don't use the touch screen often but it is nice to have when i do. My wife and instructors will often move the screen on accident due to not realizing it is a touch screen but that is not a real issue. The screen is a little small but that was exactly what i was looking for so it doesn't bother me.

I liked the product, but I am disappointed about how long my laptop battery last after charging. Not more than 3 hours. Maybe I need to use different settings, but even so, I am not sure it will last at least 5 hours, which would be a decent time.
