Stuck with software I didn't want

A nice medium weight computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for both a two-in-one computer that also had a 1TB hard drive and after reviewing the comments on a variety of consumer reports sites, decided to look at tthe Samsung computer. So far, so good. While I am still leery of Windows 10 (and it is far better than Windows 8), I have had no real issues. It is still too new for me to give a full impact statement, but I am happy with my purchase.

Decent Laptop

Went to work, laptop worked fine. Came home, and I could not get it to work. I took it in to be serviced; THANK GOD FOR GEEK SQUAD! Come to find out, the hard drive was not working. So now I am out of a lap top for 2.5 weeks while it it serviced. All for a laptop less than a year old.
